POSSESSION NOTICE
[Appendix IV under the Act - Rule - 8(1)]
Whereas the under signed being the Authorized Officer of the Bank of Maharashtra in respect of Asset Recovery Branch under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Asset and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 (54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(12) read with rule 3 of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a Demand Notice dated 30/08/2023 calling upon the Borrower M/s. Shivshakti Trading (Proprietor : Mr. Sangram Vilas Bhujbal) Guarantor Mr. Ajay Ravindra Raykar to repay the amount mentioned in the Notice being Rs. 1,62,02,311.00/- (Rupees One Crore Sixty Two Lakhs Two Thousand Three Hundred Eleven Only) plus interest, penal interest, other cost and expenses thereon as mentioned in the demand notice within 60 days from the date of the said Notice.
The Borrower/Guarantor having failed to repay the amount, Notice is hereby given to the Borrower/Guarantor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Physical Possession of the property described herein below, in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Sub-Section (4) of Section 13 of Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002 on this the 17 Day of October 2024. The Borrower and Guarantor in particular and the Public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the properties and any dealings with the properties will be subject to the charge of the Bank of Maharashtra, Asset Recovery Branch, Pune for an amount of hereinabove mentioned.
The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.
This notice is also being published in vernacular. The English version shall be final if any question of interpretation arises.

तर, आर्थिक मालमत्तेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकव्हरी ब्रँचच्या संदर्भात आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ॲक्ट २००२ (५४ ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ॲक्ट २००२) अन्वये आणि कलम १३(१२) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांच्या वापरात बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्रचे अधिकृत अधिकारी म्हणून स्वाक्षरी केली आहे. ) सुरक्षा व्याज (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 3 सह वाचा, 30/08/2023 रोजी कर्जदार मे. शिवशक्ती ट्रेडिंग (मालक: श्री. संग्राम विलास भुजबळ) हमीदार श्री. अजय रवींद्र रायकर नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम परतफेड करण्यासाठी रु. 1,62,02,311.00/- (रुपये एक कोटी बासठ लाख दोन हजार तीनशे अकरा फक्त) तसेच व्याज, दंडात्मक व्याज, इतर खर्च आणि त्यावरील खर्च या नोटीसच्या तारखेपासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत डिमांड नोटिसमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे.
कर्जदार/जामीनदाराने रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की, खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्या व्यक्तीने उप-खाली दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा भौतिक ताबा घेतला आहे. कायद्याच्या कलम 13 चे कलम (4) सुरक्षा व्याज अंमलबजावणी नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8 सोबत 17 ऑक्टोबर 2024 रोजी वाचले आहे. कर्जदार आणि जामीनदार विशेषतः आणि सामान्यतः जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेशी व्यवहार करू नका आणि मालमत्तेचा कोणताही व्यवहार वर नमूद केलेल्या रकमेसाठी बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र, मालमत्ता पुनर्प्राप्ती शाखा, पुणे यांच्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी, उपलब्ध वेळेनुसार, कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष वेधले जाते.
ही सूचना स्थानिक भाषेतही प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे. अर्थ लावण्याचा कोणताही प्रश्न उद्भवल्यास इंग्रजी आवृत्ती अंतिम असेल.
