Whereas, the undersigned being the Authorized Officer of the Punjab National Bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of Powers conferred under Section 13 read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, issued a demand notice dated 11/07/2024 calling upon the Borrower Jaysing Baburao Khairmode to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being 28,17,957/- (Rupees) Twenty Eight Lakh Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Only) as on 30/06/2024 with further interest and charges until payment in full, within 60 days from the date of notice / date of receipt of the said notice.
The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Symbolic Possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under sub-section (4) of section 13 of Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement) Rules, 2002 on this 17" day of October of the year 2024.
The borrower's / guarantor's/ mortgagor's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act in respect of time available to redeem the secured assets.
The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Punjab National Bank for an amount of 28,17,957/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakh Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Only) as on 30/06/2024 and interest & charges thereon. तर, अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले हे सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शियल ॲसेट्स अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ऍक्ट, 2002 अन्वये पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेचे अधिकृत अधिकारी आहेत आणि सुरक्षा हित (अंमलबजावणी) नियमांच्या नियम 3 सह वाचलेल्या कलम 13 अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करतात. , 2002, दिनांक 11/07/2024 रोजी मागणी नोटीस जारी करून कर्जदार जयसिंग बाबुराव खैरमोडे यांना नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम 28,17,957/- (रुपये) अठ्ठावीस लाख सतरा हजार नऊशे पन्नास सात रोजी फक्त) म्हणून परत करण्याचे आवाहन केले. 30/06/2024 पुढील व्याज आणि शुल्कासह संपूर्ण पेमेंट होईपर्यंत, नोटीस मिळाल्यापासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत.
कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की कलमाच्या पोटकलम (4) अन्वये त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा प्रतीकात्मक ताबा घेतला आहे. 2024 च्या ऑक्टोबरच्या या 17" दिवशी सुरक्षा व्याज अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8 सह अधिनियमाचे 13 वाचले.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी उपलब्ध वेळेच्या संदर्भात कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे/जामीनदाराचे/गहाणदाराचे लक्ष वेधण्यात आले आहे.
विशेषत: कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेचा कोणताही व्यवहार पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेच्या 28,17,957/- (रुपये अठ्ठावीस लाख सतरा) च्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल. 30/06/2024 रोजी हजार नऊ सौ सत्तावन्न फक्त) आणि त्यावरील व्याज आणि शुल्क. स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन:
