तमाम लोकांस विशेषतः मौजे येवलेवाडी, ता. हवेली, जि. पुणे व पुणे शहर परिसरातील लोकांस कळविण्यात येते की, खालील परिशिष्टात वर्णन केलेली मिळकत श्री. दिपक हिरालाल बांठीया | यांचे स्वकष्टार्जित मालकी वहिवाटीची मिळकत आहे. दिपक हिरालाल बांठीया यांचे नावाची नोंद सदर मिळकतीच्या ७/१२ चे उताऱ्यावर फेरफार क्रमांक ५०५१ने झालेली आहे. सदर विद्यमान मालक यांनी त्यांचे मालकीची खाली परिशिष्टात नमूद केलेली मिळकत विक्री करण्याचे निश्चित केले असून, मिळकत खरेदी घेण्यासंदर्भात आमचे अशिलांची विद्यमान मालकांसोबत व्यवहार निश्चित केला आहे. सदर मिळकत निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याची खात्री व भरवसा विद्यमान मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिला आहे, तरी सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, अधिकार, गहाण, दान, लीन, लीज, कूळ, चोळी बांगडी इत्यादी तत्सम स्वरूपाचा बोजा असल्यास त्यांनी खाली सही करणार यांची प्रत्यक्ष भेट घेऊन १० दिवसांचे मुदतीत मूळ कागदपत्रे खाली सही करणार यांना दाखवून हरकत सिद्ध करून द्यावी, अन्यथा आमचे अशील सदर विद्यमान मालकांसोबत खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील, याची नोंद घ्यावी. मागाहून आलेल्या तक्रारींचा विचार केला जाणार नाही.

Public notice
To all people especially Mauje Yevlewadi, p. Haveli, Dist. The people of Pune and Pune city area are hereby informed that the income described in the following appendix of Shri. Deepak Hiralal Banthia | It is income from self-earned ownership. The name of Deepak Hiralal Banthia has been recorded in the statement of 7/12 of the said income with alteration number 5051. The said existing owner has decided to sell his property as mentioned in the annexure below and our clients have decided to deal with the existing owners regarding the purchase of the property. Although the present owners have given assurance and trust to our subjects that the said property is safe and sound, if there is any kind of right, right, mortgage, donation, lien, lease, descent, choli bangli, etc., any kind of encumbrance on the said property, the undersigned will personally visit them. It should be noted that within 10 days, the original documents should be shown to the undersigned to prove the objection, otherwise our Ashil will complete the purchase transaction with the said existing owners.
