माझे पक्षकार प्रताप भानुदासराव सोनकांबळे रा. हसोरी (बु) ता. निलंगा जि. लातूर यांनी दिलेली माहिती दर्शविलेले कागदपत्रे व अधिकृत केल्यावरून तमाम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येते की, अविनाश उत्तम उप रा. रामगिर नगर, लातूर यांच्या खरेदी मालकी व कब्जे वहिवाटीचा खरेदीखत क्र. 1100/2024 दि. 05/02/2024 रोजी खरेदी केलेला मौजे खाडगाव ता.जि. लातूर येथील जमीन सर्वे क्र. 90/1 पैकीचा प्लॉट एन. ए. क्र. 1982/ जेएमबी /सीआर-34 दि. 06/01/1983 रोजी मा. उपविभागीय कार्यालय लातूर यांनी मंजुर केलेल्या पंकीचा प्लॉट क्र. 19 चा दक्षिण भाग याची रुंदी दक्षिण उत्तर 20 फुट व लांबी पूर्व पश्चिम 50 फुट एकुण क्षेत्रफळ 1000 चौ. फुट आहे, याची चतु:सिमा पुर्वेस 20 फुट रुंदीचा रस्ता पश्चिमेस बेबी शेख यांचा प्लॉट दक्षिणेस 20 फुट रुंदीचा रस्ता उत्तरेस लखन शेंडगे यांचा सदरील प्लॉटचा उर्वरित भाग येणेप्रमाणे वरील चतु:सिमेच्या आतील प्लॉटचे विद्यमान मालक अविनाश उत्तम उप यांनी सदर प्लॉट माझे पक्षकारास कायमस्वरुपी विक्रीचा ठराव करून, ठरावापोटी कांही रक्कम इसार म्हणून स्विकारली आहे. तरी सदरील प्लॉटबाबत कोणाचा कांही हक्कसंबंध, हितसंबंध, कर्जबोजा, दान, गहाण, लिज, पोटगी, बक्षीसपत्र, वाटणी, दान, कोर्ट डिक्री, वारसा हक्क, न्यायालयीन वाद इ. कांही असल्यास त्यांनी सदर प्रगटन प्रसिध्द झालेपासून सात (7) दिवसाचे आत माझे खालील कार्यालयीन पत्त्यावर लेखी उजर कागदपत्रासह नोंदवावा. मुदतीत कोणाचा कांही उजर नाही आल्यास सदर प्लॉट सर्वतोपरी निर्वावाद आहे असे समजून माझे पक्षकार खरेदीखताचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील, मुदतीनंतर आलेले उजर माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाहीत, याची नोंद घ्यावी. सबब हे जाहीर प्रगटन दि. 01-01-2025. जाहीर प्रगटन देणार प्रताप भानुदासराव सोनकांबळे रा. हसोरी (बु) ता. निलंगा जि. लातूर मो.9421411088, 9172323037

The information given by Latur is informed to all the public from the documents shown and authorized that Avinash Uttam Deputy Res. Ramgir Nagar, Latur Purchase Ownership and Possession Deed No. 1100/2024 dt. Purchased on 05/02/2024 Mauje Khadgaon Distt. Land survey at Latur no. Plot N of 90/1. A. No. 1982/ JMB /CR-34 dt. On 06/01/1983 Hon. Sub Divisional Office Latur sanctioned Panki Plot No. South part of 19 has width south north 20 feet and length east west 50 feet total area 1000 sq. feet, bounded by a road of 20 feet width on the west, a plot of Baby Sheikh on the south, a road of 20 feet width on the north, of Lakhan Shendge, the remaining part of the said plot, as per the remaining portion of the said plot. By resolution, some amount has been accepted as Isar. However, there is no right, interest, debt, donation, mortgage, lease, alimony, award, distribution, donation, court decree, inheritance rights, litigation etc. regarding the said plot. If any, they should report the said disclosure in writing to my office address below within seven (7) days from the date of publication along with supporting documents. It should be noted that if no offer is received within the time limit, my parties will complete the transaction of the purchase property considering that the said plot is completely vacant, and the offers received after the time limit will not be binding on my party.
