लातूर जिल्हा व परिसरातील विशेषतः मोजे इंदरठाणा ता. रेणापूर जि.लातूर येथील तमाम जनतेस तसेच गहाणखत करून घेवून सरकार दप्तरी बोजाची नोंद न घेणान्या बँका व वित्तीय संस्था यांना या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे सुचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार दाजीसाहेब पिता बालासाहेब वीर रा. सावेवाडी, वसंत नगर लातूर ता.जि. लातूर यांनी मला दिलेल्या माहितीवरुन व दाखविलेल्या कागदपत्रावरुन तसेच मला वकोल म्हणुन अधिकृत केल्यावरुन मी पुढीलप्रमाणे जाहीर प्रगटन देत आहे. माझे पक्षकार यांनी महादेव पिता शिवाजीराव उबाळे रा. इंदरटाणा ता. रेणापूर जि. लातूर यांच्या मालकी कब्जेवहिवाटीची मौजे इंदरटाणा ता. रेणापूर जि.लातूर येथे जमीन गट क्र. 4 मध्ये क्षेत्र 37 आर एवढी जमीन असून सदर जमीन विक्री करण्याचा ठराव केला असून याची चतु:सिमा खालीलप्रमाणे आहे. पुर्वेस कमाल लाला शेख यांची जमीन, पश्चिमेस : वाजीद इसामियों शेख यांची जमीन, दक्षिणेस लिहून देणार यांची दुसऱ्या गटातील जमीन उत्तरेस रशीद इब्राहिम शेख यांची जमीन येणेप्रमाणे वरील चतु:सिमेच्या आतील 37 आर शेतजमीन विद्यमान मालक महादेव पिता शहाजीराव उबाळे रा. इंदरटाणा ता. रेणापूर जि.लातूर यांनी माझे पक्षकारास विक्री करण्याचा ठराव साक्षीदारासमक्ष करून दिलेला असून इसारापोटी म्हणुन कांही रक्कम देखील स्विकारली आहे, तसेच सदरील मिळकत ही निवेद, निजोखमी, निरपवाद व बोजारहित असल्याचा भरaar faद्यमान मालकांनी माझे पक्षकारास दिलेला आहे. तरी या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे तमाम जनतेस व हितसंबंधास सुचित करण्यात येते की वरील मिळकतीबाबत कुणाचा काही हक्कसंबंध, कर्ज-बोजा, करार-मदार, लिज, पोटगी हक्क, दिवाणी न्यायालयात बाद, वारसा हक्काचा बाद असेल तसेच या खरेदी विक्री व्यवहाराबाबत कुणाचा काही आक्षेप व हितसंबंध असल्यास संबंधीतांनी कागदपत्रांसह हे जाहीर प्रगटन प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून 08 दिवसाच्या आत कळवावा. मुदतीच्या आत कुणाचा उजर अथवा आक्षेप नाही आल्यास सदरील मिळकत हो निवेद व निजोखमी आहे असे समजुन माझे पक्षकार संबंधीत मालकासोबत खरेदी व्यवहार पुर्ण करतील. मुदतबाहय आलेला उजर माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी. सवय हे जाहीर प्रगटन, दिनांक 02/01/2025: जाहीर प्रगटन देणार

Latur, Land Group No. In 4 there is a land of area 37 R and it has been decided to sell the said land and its boundaries are as follows. Purves Kamal Lala Sheikh's land, West: Wajid Isamion Sheikh's land, South: The land of the second group of write-ups, North: Rashid Ibrahim Sheikh's land, 37 R agricultural land within the above quadrilateral boundary. Indertana T. Renapur Dist. Latur has given the resolution to sell me to the party before the witness and some amount has also been accepted as a token, also the said income has been given to my party by the present owner assuring that the said income is free of charge, risk, exception and encumbrance. However, through this public announcement, all the public and the interests are informed that there is any right, debt, burden, contract, lease, alimony, civil court, inheritance rights and if anyone has any objections and interests regarding the above income. The concerned should inform this public announcement along with the documents within 08 days from the date of publication. If there is no complaint or objection within the time limit, my parties will complete the purchase transaction with the concerned owner, assuming that the said income is declared and risked.
