लातूर जिल्ह्यातील विशेषतः औसा तालुक्यातील सर्व जनतेला या जाहिर प्रगटनाद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार पुंडलिक उत्तम लंगोट, स्वाती उत्तम लंगोटे, आ.पा. क जन्मदाती आई बालीका उत्तम लंगोटे, रा. वाकतपूर ता. औसा जि.लातूर यांनी दाखविलेल्या कागदपत्रावरुन व दिलेल्या माहिती नुसार व अधिकृत केल्यावरुन मौजे याकतपूर ता. औसा जि. लातूर येथील गट नं. ९० क्षेत्र १ हे १५ आर ही जमीन जी ७/१२ रेकॉर्डला पार्वतीबाई उत्तम लंगोटे यांच्या नावे असून सदरील जमीनीबाबत मा. दिवाणी न्यायालय, औसा येथे आमचे पक्षकार पुंडलिक उत्तम लंगोटे, स्वाती उत्तम लंगोटे, बालीका उत्तम लंगोटे या सर्वांनी दि.मु.नं. ४२८ / २०१६ पुंडलिक विरुध्द उत्तम वगैरे हा दावा वाटणी करून स्वतंत्र वेगळा ताबा मिळणेसाठी दाखल केलेला आहे. जो सध्या न्यायालयात सुनावणीसाठी प्रलंबीत आहे. पुंडलिक उत्तम लंगोटे व स्वाती उत्तम लंगोटे हे दोघे उत्तम ग्यानबा लंगोटे यांचे आपत्य असून बालीका उत्तम लंगोटे ही उत्तम स्वानवा लंगोटे यांची पत्नी आहे. वरील प्रमाणे परिस्थिती असताना उत्तम ग्यानबा लंगोटे क पार्वती उत्तम लंगोटे हे दोघे आमच्या पक्षकारांच्या पश्चात दि.मु.नं. ४२८/२०१६ हा दाया चालु असतानाही गट नं. ९० मधील १ हे १५ आर क्षेत्र विक्री करण्याच्या प्रयत्नात आहेत व आमच्या पक्षकारांच्या कायदेशीर हक्कावर गदा निर्माण करण्याच्या प्रयत्नात आहेत. दि.मु.नं. ४२८/ २०१६ हा न्यायप्रविष्ट असल्यामुळे कलम ५२ ट्रॉनफसर ऑफ प्रॉपर्टी अॅक्ट नुसार जमीनीची कोणतेही हस्तांतरण खरेदीविक्रीचे व्यवहार हे प्रतिबंधीत आहेत. त्यामुळे आमच्या पक्षकारांनी दुय्यम निबंधक कार्यालय, औसा येथे नोंदणीकृत दस्त क्र. २०३४/२०१८ प्रमाणे नोटीस ऑफ लिस पेडेन्सी ची नोटीस दि. २१/०५/२०१८ रोजी केलेली आहे. तरी सदर जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे सर्वांना सुचित करण्यात येते की, मी वाकतपूर ता. औसा येथील जमीन गट नं. ९० मधील पार्वतीबाई उत्तम लंगोटे हिच्या नावे असलेले क्षेत्र १ हे १५ आर या
द.नं. ४२८/२०१६ हा चालू असल्यामुळे याचा अंतीम निकाल लागेपर्यंत कोणीही कोणत्याही प्रकारे जमीन खरेदी विक्रीच्या संदर्भात कोणताही व्यवहार खरेदीखत, ठरावपत्र किंवा महाणखत वगैरे करू नये जर असे केल्यास सदरील व्यवहार हे आमच्या पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाहीत. जर कोणी जमीन विकत घेतल्यास त्याच्या विरोधातही आमचे पक्षकार योग्य त्या न्यायालयात योग्य तो दावा व कार्यवाही दाखल करतील याची सर्वांनी नोंद घ्यावी. सवय हे जाहिर प्रगटन दिनांक : ०२/०१/ २०२५ जाहीर प्रगटन देणार खालीका उत्तम लंगोटे, रा. याकतपूर ता. औसा जि. लातूर.

All the people of Latur district especially Ausa taluka are informed through this public announcement that my party Pundalik Uttam Langote, Swati Uttam Langote, A.P. C Birth Mother Balika Uttam Langote, Res. Wakatpur T. From the document shown by Ausa District Latur and according to the information given and authorized by Mauje Yakatpur T. Ausa Dist. Group No. at Latur. 90 Sector 1 is 15 R. This land is in the name of Parvatibai Uttam Langote as per G7/12 record and regarding the said land Hon. In the Civil Court, Ausa, our parties Pundalik Uttam Langote, Swati Uttam Langote, Balika Uttam Langote all in D.M.No. 428 / 2016 Pundalik v. Uttam etc. is filed for partition and separate possession. Which is currently pending in court. Both Pundalik Uttam Langote and Swati Uttam Langote are descendants of Uttam Gyanba Langote and Balika Uttam Langote is the wife of Uttam Swanwa Langote. In the above situation, Uttam Gyanba Langote and Parvati Uttam Langote, after our parties, DM no. 428/2016 while this daya is in progress Group no. 1 in 90 are trying to sell the 15R area and are trying to create a mace on the legal rights of our parties. D.M.No. 428/2016 as per Section 52 of the Trustee of Property Act, any transfer of land is prohibited. Therefore, our parties registered in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Ausa vide Dast No. 2034/2018 as notice of notice of lis pendency dt. Dated 21/05/2018. However, through the said public declaration, it is advised to all that, I wakatpur t. Plot No. at Ausa. Sector 1 in the name of Parvatibai Uttam Langote in 90 is 15 Rs
D.No. 428/2016 as it is ongoing, till the final decision of this, no one should do any transaction related to purchase and sale of land in any way, such as purchase deed, resolution or general deed, etc. if doing so, the said transaction will not be binding on our party. Everyone should note that if anyone buys the land, our parties will file a suitable claim and proceedings against him in the appropriate court.
