तमाम जनतेस कळविण्यात येते की, मौजे औसा, ता. औसा, जि. लातूर येथील जमीन स.नं. १६३ मधील विद्यमान प्लॉट मालक परमेश्वर अमृतराव मोरे, रा. वाकतपूर ता. औसा, जि. लातूर यांचे मा. दुय्यम निबंधक साहेब असा याचे कार्यालयातील खरेदी खत अ.नं. ३७४ २०२० अन्वये स्वसंपादित खरेदी आधारे मालकी कब्जे खुले प्लॉट नं. १० व १८ सदरील येन्ही प्लॉट एकमेकास लगत असून दोन्ही प्लॉटची मिळून लांबी पूर्व पक्षिम २४ मिटर ३८ सेमी व रुंदी दक्षिण उत्तर ९ मिटर १४ सेमी आहे. सदरील जमीनीचा अकृषी व लेआऊट नकाशा मंजूर आहे. सदरील दोन्ही प्लॉट एकमेकास लगत असून दोन्ही प्लॉटचे मिळून एकूण विक्री ठराव क्षेत्र २२२.८३ चौ.मी. इतके होते. वरील प्लॉट हा माझे अशिल सुरेखा हर्ष मोरे रा. कवळी (हि.) ता. औसा, जि. लातूर यांना खरेदी देणे बाबत लेखी ठराव केला असून ठरावापोटी कांही रक्कम बाणा दिली आहे. सदर मिळकत पुर्णपणे निर्विवाद निजोखीम व बोना रहीत असून ती यदील करण्याचा त्यांना पूर्ण अधिकार आहे असे सदर मालकाचे म्हणणे आहे. तरी सदर मिळकतीसंबंधी कोणाचाही गहाण, दान, करार, भाडेपट्टा वारसा हक्क, कर्ज, पोटगी बोझा वगैरे कसल्याही प्रकारचे हितसंबंध असल्यास त्यांनी त्या संबंधी कागदपत्रासहीत माहिती ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून ०७ दिवसाचे आत माझे खाली नमुद पत्यावर द्यावी. अन्यथा सदर मिळकत पुर्णपणे निर्विवाद निजोखीम व बोजा रहीत आहे असे समजण्यात येईल व मुदतीत कोणाचे काही आक्षेप नाही आल्यास सदरची मिळकत ही निर्विवाद आहे म्हणून आमचे आशिल खरेदी खत करून घेतील.
