माझे पक्षकार कपिलेश्वर सुभाषराव होनराव रा. मोती नगर लातूर यांनी दिलेली माहिती दर्शविलेले कागदपत्रे व अधिकृत केल्यावरुन तमाम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येते की, मौजे सिकंदरपूर ता. जि. लातूर येथील जमीन गट क्र. 96 मधील प्लॉट क्र. 13 पूर्ण ज्याची साईज 9 मीटर x 15 मीटर एकुण क्षेत्रफळ 135 चौ. मीटर असून, याची चतुः सिमा, पुर्वेस 9 मीटर रुंदीचा रस्ता, पश्चिमेस प्लॉट

क्र. 12. दक्षिणेस 9 मीटर रुंदीचा रस्ता उत्तरेस : प्लॉट क्र. 14. येणेप्रमाणे वरील चतुः सिमेच्या आतील प्लॉटचे मुळ मालक शिवशरण सिद्राम अप्पा बिराजदार यांच्याकडून वर नमुद प्लॉट दत्तात्रय बाबुराव शिंगटे रा. मंठाळे नगर लातूर यांनी खरेदीचा ठराव केला आहे व त्यांनी त्या टरावपत्रा आधारे वर नमुद माझे पक्षकारास कायमस्वरुपी विक्रीचा ठराव करून, ठरावापोटी कांही रक्कम इसार म्हणून स्विकारली आहे व प्लॉटचे मुळ मालक यांच्याकडून वर नमुद प्लॉटचे नोंदणीकृत खरेदीखत माझे पक्षकाराचे हक्कात करुन देण्याची हमी दिली आहे. तरी सदरील प्लॉटबाबत कोणाचा कांही हक्कसंबंध, हितसंबंध, कर्जबोजा, दान, गहाण, लिज, पोटगी, बक्षीसपत्र, वाटणी, दान, कोर्ट डिक्री, वारसा हक्क, न्यायालयीन बाद इ. कांही असल्यास त्यांनी सदर प्रगटन प्रसिध्द झालेपासून सात (7) दिवसाचे आत माझे खालील कार्यालयीन पत्त्यावर लेखी उजर कागदपत्रासह नोंदवावा. मुदतीत कोणाचा कांही उजर नाही आल्यास सदर प्लॉट सर्वतोपरी निर्वोवाद आहे असे समजुन माझे पक्षकार खरेदीखताचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर आलेले उजर माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाहीत, याची नोंद घ्यावी, सबब हे जाहीर प्रगटन, दि. 02-01-2025. जाहीर प्रगटन देणार- कपिलेश्वर सुभाषराव होनराव मो. क्र. 8668232403
