तमाम लोकांना विशेषतः अशोक दादा गांगुर्डे रा. शिर्डी ता. राहाता जि. अ.नगर या नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, खालील परिशिष्ठात नमुद मिळकत ही अशोक दादा गांगुर्डे रा. शिर्डी ता. राहाता जि. अहमदनगर यांनी आमचे अशिलासोबत मिळकत विक्रीचा सौदा केलेला आहे. त्याप्रमाणे आमच्या अशिलांना दि. १५/ ०५/२०२४ रोजी साठेखत विसारपावती तसेच दि. १०/०७/२०२४ रोजी ज्यादा भरण्याची पावती लिहून मे. नोटरी पब्लीक राहाता यांच्या समोर करुन दिलेली आहे. असे असताना आमच्या अशिलाकडुन मोठी रक्कम स्विकारलेली आहे. आमच्या अशिलांना सदर मिळकतीचा कब्जा देखील दिलेला आहे. तरी आमच्या अशिलांचे सदर मिळकतीचे खरेदीखत करणे कामी ठरलेल्या अटी व शर्तीप्रमाणे यापुर्वी वागण्यास तयार होते व आज ही तयार आहे. असे असताना साठेखताची मुदत संपण्याच्या कालावधी बाकी आहे. तरी सदर मिळकतीच्या अनुषंगाने कोणीही कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचा हस्तांतरणाचा दस्त करु नये व व्यवहार करु नये तसे केल्यास सदरचा व्यवहार हा आमचा अशिलांचा फसवणुक करणारा व्यवहार असेल. तसेच सदर व्यवहारानंतर जागा विकत घेणाऱ्या व्यक्तीला मोठ्या लेटीगेशन ला सामोरे जावे लागेल. व तसे झाल्यास ते आमचे अशिल संबंधीता विरुध्द दिवाणी अथवा फौजदारी स्वरूपाची कार्यवाही करतील. त्यानंतर होणाऱ्या खचांची व परिणामांची जबाबदारी हितसंबधाची असेल. परिशिष्ठ, मिळकतीचे वर्णन- जिल्हा अ. नगर, ता. राहाता पैकी मौजे शिर्डी येथील नगरपरिषद हद्दीतील मिळकत - सर्वे नं. १४७/९ पैकी क्षेत्र ०० हे ०१ आर आकार ००रु०५ पैसे यामध्ये असलेले शिर्डी नगरपरिषद मिळकत नं सी१०००८१० यामध्ये असलेले निवासी बांधकाम त्यांच्या संपुर्ण हक्कासह यांसी चतुर्सिमा पुर्व सर्वे नं १४७ /९ पैकी, दक्षिण- रस्ता, पश्चिम ठाकुर यांची मिळकत, उत्तर सर्वे नं १४७/७ पैकी हि जाहिर नोटीस दिली असे.
