याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, श्रीमती नलिनी डी. दळवी यांना खालील अनुसूचीमध्ये विस्तृतपणे विवरणीत शिवसृष्टी अपार्टमेंटमधील फ्लॅट क्र. ३०२ चे वाटप झाले
होते. सदर श्रीमती नलिनी डी. दळवी यांचे दि. २८.०१.२००७ रोजी निधन झाले असून त्यांच्या मागे त्यांची भाची श्रीमती आस्था अजय बांदकर या कायदेशीर वारस आहेत, ज्या सदर फ्लॅट त्यांच्या नावे हस्तांतरित करू इच्छित आहेत. कोणाही व्यक्तीचा सदर फ्लॅटसंदर्भात हस्तक्षेपित हिस्सा, विक्री, गहाण, भाडेकरार, धारणाधिकार, अनुज्ञप्ती, भेट, तावा वा भार वा अन्य कोणत्याही स्वरूपात कोणताही दावा वा हक्क असल्यास त्यांनी त्यासंदर्भात सदर जाहीर सूचनेच्या तारखेपासून १४ दिवसांच्या आत सर्व सहाय्यक दस्तावेजांसमवेत त्यांचे दावे, काही असल्यास, सूचित करावेत अन्यथा अशा दाव्यांच्या कोणत्याही संदर्भाविना हस्तांतरण पूर्ण करण्यात येईल व अशा व्यक्तींचे दावे, काही असल्यास, ते अधित्यागित समजले जातील व ते श्रीमती आस्था अजय बांदकर यांच्यावर बंधनकारक नसतील.

It is hereby notified that Mrs. Nalini D. Dalvi detailed in the schedule below for flat no. 302 was allotted
was Said Mrs. Nalini D. Dalvi's d. died on 28.01.2007 and is survived by his niece Smt. Astha Ajay Bandkar as legal heirs who wants to transfer the said flat in her name. If any person has any claim or right in respect of the said flat by way of intervening share, sale, mortgage, tenancy, lien, licence, gift, lien or encumbrance or in any other form, he shall intimate his claim with all supporting documents, if any, within 14 days from the date of the said public notice. otherwise the transfer shall be completed without any reference to such claims and the claims of such persons, if any, shall be deemed waived and shall vest in Smt. Astha Ajay Bandkar. shall not be binding.
