सूचना देण्यात येते की, माझे अशील मे. कोमल एक्झोटिक स्पाईसेस प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड, स्थावर मालमत्तेचे मालक असून कॅन्टीन क्र. जी / १, मोजमापित ६० चौ. मीटर बिल्ट अप क्षेत्रफळ, तळ मजला, बिल्डींग फेज २ मार्केट १, जमिन धारक प्लॉट क्र. २, सेक्टर १९, तुर्भे-वाशी, नवी मुंबई येथील गट क्र. ७९६, महसूल गाव तुर्भे, तालुका व जिल्हा ठाणे येथील मालमत्तेचे मालक आहेत व त्यामुळे माझे अशील हे त्यांचे संचालक गणेश गोपाल अहुजा यांच्या मार्फत त्यांच्या ताब्यात १. मूळ अभिहस्तांकन करार दि. २१.१२.२०१३, जे श्री. हरेशकुमार केवलानी व श्रीम. कृष्णाबाई एच. केवलानी, असायनर मुंबई अॅग्रीकल्चरल प्रोड्युस मार्केट कमिटी, मुंबई पुष्टी पक्ष म्हणून व मे. कोमल एक्झोटिक स्पाईसेस प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड हे असायनी नोंदणीकृत म्हणून उप निबंधक यांच्या कार्यालयामध्ये सिरीयल क्र. टीएनएन-३- १०२३२ / २०१३ अंतर्गत यांच्या दरम्यान अंमलात आणलेले करार व २. मूळ करार दि. ०७.०२.२०१३ जे श्री. हरेशकुमार केवलानी व श्रीम. कृष्णाबाई एच. केवलानी हस्तांतरक म्हणून व मे. कोमल एक्झोटिक स्पाईसेस प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड हस्तांतरिती म्हणून यांच्या दरम्यान नोंदणीकृत कार्यालय उप निबंधक यांच्यासह सिरीयल क्र. टीएनएन-३-१०६४/२०१३ अंतर्गत अंमलात आणलेले करार व सदर करार माझे अशील यांच्या ताब्यातून हरवले आहेत. माझे अशील यांनी एपीएमसी पोलीस स्टेशन नवी मुंबई येथे सदर प्रकरणावर गहाळ मालमत्ता नोंदणीकरण अहवाल क्र. ६७५६८डी५ ९५५१४९०५ एफ६ ९५८९५४९/२०२ ४ दि. ०९.१२.२०२४ अंतर्गत तक्रार दाखल केली आहे.
जर कोणालाही सदर मूळ करार सापडल्यास वा कोणालाही सदर हक्क, अधिकार व हितसंबंध, दावे असल्यास त्यांनी अधोहस्ताक्षरित यांना सदर सूचनेच्या प्रसिद्धी तारखोपासून १४ (चौदा) दिवसांच्या आत संपर्क साधावा अन्यथा कोणतेही दावे सदर मालमत्तेच्या संबंधात गृहित धरले जाणार नाहीत व दावे काही असल्यास ते अधित्यागित मानले जातील.

Notice is given that my Ashil May. Komal Exotic Spices Private Limited, owning the immovable property Canteen no. G / 1, measuring 60 sq. Meters Built Up Area, Ground Floor, Building Phase 2 Market 1, Landholder Plot No. 2, Sector 19, Turbhe-Vashi, Navi Mumbai at Group No. 796, is the owner of the property at Revenue Village Turbhe, Taluka and District Thane and therefore my Ashil is in his possession through his Director Ganesh Gopal Ahuja 1. Original signing agreement dt. 21.12.2013, which Shri. Haresh Kumar Kewalani and Shri. Krishnabai H. Kewalani, Assignor Mumbai Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Mumbai as confirmatory party and May. Komal Exotic Spices Private Limited is registered as assignee in the office of the Deputy Registrar with serial no. Agreement executed between TNN-3- 10232 / 2013 and 2. Original agreement dt. 07.02.2013 J Shri. Haresh Kumar Kewalani and Shri. Krishnabai H. Kewalani as transferee and May. COMAL EXOTIC SPICES PRIVATE LIMITED AS TRANSFERRED WITH THE REGISTERED OFFICE DEPUTY REGISTRAR WITH SERIAL NO. Agreement executed under TNN-3-1064/2013 and the said agreement has been lost from the possession of my Ashil. My Ashil filed missing property registration report no. 67568D5 95514905 F6 9589549/202 4 d. Complaint filed under 09.12.2024.
If anyone finds the original agreement or has any rights, rights and interests, claims, they should contact the undersigned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of publication of the said notice, otherwise no claims will be assumed in relation to the said property and any claims, if any, will be deemed waived. .
