याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, सीक्युरिटायझेशन ॲन्ड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शिअल अॅसेट्स अॅन्ड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सीक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ (५४/२००२) अंतर्गत व सीक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) रूल्स, २००२ चे अनुच्छेद १३ (१२) सहवाचन नियम ३ अंतर्गत प्राप्त अधिकारान्वये खालील निर्देशित तारखेस संबंधित खात्याअंतर्गत नमूद रकमेचे प्रदान सदर सूचनेच्या प्राप्तीच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत करण्याचे निर्देश देणारी मागणी सूचना जारी करण्यात आली होती. | कर्जदारांकडून सदर रकमेचा भरणा करण्यास कसूर झाली असल्याने सदर सूचना याद्वारे कर्जदारांना व आम जनतेस देण्यात येत आहे की, अधोहस्ताक्षरितांनी सदर कायद्याचे अनुच्छेद १३ (४) सहवाचन सदर कायद्याच्या नियम ८ अंतर्गत त्यांना प्राप्त अधिकारान्वये खालील निर्देशित तारखेस खालील निर्देशित मालमत्तेचा प्रतिकात्मक ताबा घेतला आहे.
विशेषतः कर्जदारांना व आम जनतेस इशारा देण्यात येत आहे की, त्यांनी सदर मालमत्ता व कोणत्याही मालमत्तेसंदर्भात व्यवहार करू नये व असे कोणतेही व्यवहार हे स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडियाच्या प्रभारांतर्गत निर्दिष्ट रक्कम व त्यावरील व्याज रकमेच्या अधीन असतील.
