It is hereby notified to all the public that the present owner of the land revenue described in the following annexure (1) Shri. According to Tukaram Sripati, Res. Sinhagad Road, Khadakwasla, Pune 4110242) Mrs. Bharti Ananda Pavle, Res. Pavle Ali, Mate Vasti, Near Bhairavanath Temple, Pirangut, Pune- 412108, 3) Shri. According to Gulab Shripati, Res. Sinhagad Road, Khadakwasla, Pune 4110244) Shri. According to Sahebrao Shripati, Res. S. No. 34 / 35, Near Mayur Mitra Mandal, Sinhagad Road, Khadakwasla, Pune 4110245) Surekha Apya Kute, Res. S. No. 43 / 1, Manaji Nagar, Near Ganapati Mandir, Nanhe, Pune 411024 has executed a registered deed of deposit and power of attorney confirming the sale of the land income described in the following annexure to our Ashilans. We assure and trust that the said land income is completely free, risk-free and unencumbered, and we have full rights and authority to convert it. However, if any person has any right, interest, mortgage, gift, lease, lien, gift, lease, possession, possession deposit, power of attorney, contract or any other kind of right and authority over the said land, they shall serve this notice along with original documents to us at the address given below.
