तमाम लोकांना कळविणेत येते की, विशेषतः अॅड. पृथ्वीराज अजित शेळके, रा. ५१७ ई वॉर्ड, शिवाजी पार्क, कोल्हापूर व त्यांचे अशील श्री. रविंद्र विष्णुपंत तांदळकर रा. यांना कळविणेत येते की, तुम्ही दि. ११/१०/२०२४ रोजी तुमचे अशिलांना दै. 'पुढारी' मध्ये जाहीर नोटीस दिलेली आहे.. त्यास आमचे अशिलांतर्फे उत्तर / हरकत देणेत येते की, तुमच्या अशिलांना आमचे अशील संजय | मोहनराव आगलावे (इनामदार) व विजयसिंह आनंदराव इनामदार दोघे रा. खेडे, ता. शाहूवाडी, जि. कोल्हापूर यांनी गट नं. ८२० व ११५३ मौजे खेडे, ता. शाहूवाडी, जि. कोल्हापूर या जमिनीचा करार, वटमुखत्यारपत्रद्वारे कधीही कोणासही व्यवहार करणेसाठी लिहून दिलेला नाही. याबाबतचे तुमचे अशिलांचे सदर नोटिसीमधील म्हणणे खोटे व बेकायदेशीर असून सदर खोटे कथनाबाबत तुमचे अशिलांचे विरुद्ध आमचे अशील फौजदारी गुन्हा दाखल करणार आहेत. तसेच आमचे अशिलांचे होणारे नुकसान /तोटा यासाठी आमचे अशील दिवाणी न्यायालयात नुकसान भरपाई मिळणेसाठी दावा दाखल करणार आहेत. त्याचे खर्चाची व होणारे | परिणामाची जबाबदारी तुमचे अशिलांची आहे. | कारवाईसाठी तुमचे अशिलांचा पूर्ण व स्पष्ट पत्ता तुम्ही नोटीसमध्ये दिला नसल्याने तो देणेची व्यवस्था करावी. याची नोंद तुमच्या अशिलांना कळविण्यात यावी. म्हणून दिले उत्तर / हरकत असे. कळावे,

All people are informed that, especially Adv. Prithviraj Ajit Shelke, Res. 517 E Ward, Shivaji Park, Kolhapur and his Ashil Shri. Ravindra Vishnupant Tandalkar Res. It is to be informed that you d. Yours sincerely on 11/10/2024. A public notice has been given in 'Pudhari'. Mohanrao Agalave (Inamdar) and Vijay Singh Anandrao Inamdar both Res. Khede, Shahuwadi, Dist. Kolhapur Group No. 820 and 1153 Mauje Khede, Shahuwadi, Dist. The Kolhapur land contract was never prescribed to deal with anyone through a power of attorney. The statement of your client in the said notice is false and illegal and our client is going to file a criminal case against your client regarding the said false statement. Also, our Ashil will file a claim in civil court to get compensation for the damage/loss caused to our Ashil.
