सर्वांचे माहितीकरिता प्रसिद्ध करणेत येते की, तुकडी जिल्हा कोल्हापूर पोट तुकडी तहसील करवीर येथील मे. दुय्यम निबंधक करवीर यांचे अधिकार कक्षेतील मौजे कंदलगाव, ता. करवीर, जि. कोल्हापूर येथील ग्रामपंचायत कंदलगाव हद्दीतील रि.स.नं. ९/८/ब/प्लॉट नं. १८, याचे सातबाराप्रमाणे क्षेत्र हे. ०.०३.१६.२० आर म्हणजेच ३१६.२० चौ.मी. इतक्या क्षेत्राचा खुला प्लॉट मिळकत यासी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस : प्लॉट नं. १९ ची मिळकत, पश्चिमेस :- प्लॉट नं. १७ ची मिळकत, दक्षिणेस ६ मी रस्ता, उत्तरेस : प्लॉट नं. १५ ची मिळकत.
येणेप्रमाणे चतुःसीमेतील मिळकत ही विशाखा विनय धर्माधिकारी रा. कोल्हापूर यांचे खुद्द मालकी वहिवाटीची आहे. सदरची मिळकत ही मिळकतीचे मालकाकडून आमचे अशिलांनी विकत घेणेची ठरविली आहे. तसेच भरीव रक्कम स्वीकारून संचकारपत्र ही केलेले आहे. सदर मिळकत ही निष्कर्जी, निर्विवाद असलेबाबत आणि त्यावर कोणतेही अॅक्विझिशन, रिक्विीझिशनमध्ये नसलेचा निर्वाळा मूळ मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिला आहे. तथापि सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचा गहाण, बक्षीस, लिज, इजमेंट, अग्रहक्क अगर इतर कोणत्याही वित्तीय संस्था अगर खासगी सावकार यांचा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा काहीही हक्कसंबंध असलेस ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून सात दिवसांचे आत आमचेकडे लेखी पुरावेसह खुलासा करावा. मुदतीनंतर आमचे अशील खरेदीचा व्यवहार पुरा करतील तद्नंतर कोणाचीही कसलीही तक्रार आमचे अशिलांचेवर व सदर मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस कोल्हापूर ता. १६/१०/२०२४

INCOME OF 19, WEST :- PLOT NO. Income of 17, South 6m road, North : Plot no. An income of 15.
As mentioned, the income in the quadrangle is Visakha Vinay Dharmadhikari Res. Kolhapur itself is owned and occupied. Our client has decided to buy the said property from the owner of the property. Also, the deed has been done by accepting a substantial amount. The said income is free, undisputed and there is no acquisition, requisition thereon by the original proprietors to our assignees. However, if anyone has a mortgage, award, lease, easement, agrahaak or any other financial institution or private lender of any kind on the said income, it should be disclosed to us with written evidence within seven days from the publication of this notice.
