सर्व लोकांच्या माहितीकरिता व विशेषतः १) श्री. गौरव देवेन्द्र दिवाण आणि २) श्री. देवेन्द्र श्रीकृष्ण दिवाण आणि त्यांचे वतीने अॅड. अभयसिंह राजाभाऊ बिचकर यांना या नोटिसीने कळविणेत येते की,
१) श्री. गौरव देवेन्द्र दिवाण आणि २) श्री. देवेन्द्र श्रीकृष्ण दिवाण आणि त्यांचे वतीने अॅड. अभयसिंह राजाभाऊ बिचकर यांनी दि. ०९/१०/२०२४ इ. रोजी दैनिक 'पुढारी' या वृत्तपत्रात नोटीस देऊन नेर्ली तामगांव गावभाग हद्दीतील तसेच गोकुळ शिरगाव औद्योगिक वसाहतीमधील प्लॉट नं. बी-१७ याचे क्षेत्र ४००५ चौ.मी. आणि त्यावरील ३२९.४२ चौ.मी. बांधकामाचे तबदिलीबाबत जाहीर नोटीस देऊन सदर व्यवहारास हरकती मागविणारी नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. सदर नोटिसीस माझे अशील श्री. दिपक श्रीकृष्ण दिवाण याचे वतीने मी खाली सही करणार अॅड. रवि शिराळकर या उत्तराने हरकत कळवितो खालीलप्रमाणे वर कलमात नमूद केलेली मिळकत प्लॉट नं. बी-१७ मेसर्स इंद्रदिप इंडस्ट्रीज या भागीदारी पेढीस एम.आय.डी.सी. कडून भाडे पट्ट्याने मिळालेली मिळकत आहे. मेसर्स इंद्रदिप इंडस्ट्रिज या भागीदारी पेढी मध्ये माझे अशील भागीदार आहेत. श्री. गौरव देवेन्द्र दिवाण हे सदर भागीदारी पेढीचे कधीही भागीदार नव्हते व नाहीत.
अशा परिस्थितीत सदर दि. ०९/१०/२०२४ इ. रोजी प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या नोटिसीतील मजकूर खोटा, चुकीचा व दिशाभूल करणारा आहे. सदर मिळकतीत जे भाडे पट्ट्याने प्राप्त झालेले अधिकार आहेत त्या इंद्रदिप इंडस्ट्रिजमध्ये माझे अशील दिपक दिवाण भागीदार असलेमुळे सदर मिळकतीचा तबदिलीचा व्यवहार माझे अशिलांचे संमत्ती खेरीज कोणीही करू नये.
याही उपर असा कोणताही व्यवहार कोणीही केलेस तो माझे अशिलांचेवर व सदर मिळकतीतील माझे अशिलांचे कायदेशीर हक्कांवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाहीत याची नोंद घ्यावी. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस. आज मुक्काम कोल्हापूर, दि. १५/१०/२०२४.

1) Shri. Gaurav Devendra Dewan and 2) Shri. Devendra Srikrishna Diwan and Adv. Abhaysingh Rajabhau Bichkar d. 09/10/2024 etc. By giving a notice in daily newspaper 'Pudhari' on 11.01.2018 plot no. The area of ​​B-17 is 4005 sq.m. and above 329.42 sq.m. By giving a public notice regarding the transfer of construction, a notice calling for objections to the said transaction has been published. The said notice is mine. On behalf of Deepak Srikrishna Dewan, I will sign below Adv. Ravi Shiralkar objected by this reply that the income mentioned in the above clause is as follows Plot no. B-17 M/s Indradeep Industries, a partnership of MIDC. is the income received by rent from M/s Indradip Industries are my other partners in this partnership. Mr. Gaurav Devendra Dewan was never and is not a partner in the said partnership.
In such a situation, the said dt. 09/10/2024 etc. The contents of the notice published on is false, incorrect and misleading. Since my Ashil Deepak Dewan is a partner in Indradeep Industries, which has rights in the said income, the transfer of the said income should not be done by anyone other than my Ashil's consent.
It should also be noted that whoever does any such transaction will not be binding on my clients and legal rights of my clients in the said income. Hence the public notice given. Stay today at Kolhapur, dt. 15/10/2024.
