क्षेत्रातील कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीमधील 'ई' वॉर्ड, असेंब्ली रोड येथील रि.स.नं. १४३ /२/१/१० या मिळकतीवर बांधण्यात आलेल्या "राजवर्धन अपार्टमेंट" या आर.सी.सी. टाईप अपार्टमेंटमधील 'बी' विंग मधील पाचवे मजलेवरील फ्लॅट युनिट नं. १ याचे एकूण क्षेत्र ६७.३७ चौ. मी. बिल्टअप व ८७.३६ चौ.मी. सुपर बिल्टअप ही मिळकत यासी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस :- प्लॉटचा सेट बॅक, पश्चिमेस - लॉबी व बी विंग मधील पाचव्या मजल्यावरील फ्लॅट नं. ४, दक्षिणेस बी विंग मधील पाचव्या मजल्यावरील फ्लॅट नं. २, उत्तरेस प्लॉटचा सेटबॅक अशी मिळकत ही श्री. प्रमोद गुरुनाथ मुतालिक रा. बी -४ / ५०४ पुराणीक काव्यधरा, कोलशेत रोड, ढोकाळी, ठाणे - ४००६०७ याची स्वसंपादित मालकी वहिवाटीची मिळकत असून ती त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांना खरेदी देणेचे ठरवून त्याबाबत त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांकडून संचकारादाखल रक्कमही स्वीकारली आहे व त्या अनुषंगाने सदर मिळकत आमचे अशिलांना खरेदी देणेची हमी व ग्वाही दिली आहे तसेच सदर मिळकतीसंदर्भात कोणाशीही लेखी व्यवहार ठरवला नाही अशीही हमी व ग्वाही त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिली आहे. वर नमूद सदर मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निष्कर्जी असून सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कसलाही बोजा, हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार नाही अशी ग्वाही सदर मिळकतीचे मालक यांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिली आहे. तथापि सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कसल्याही प्रकारचा बोजा, हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार असलेस त्यांनी ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसांचे आत आपले योग्य त्या हक्कांचे मूळ कागदपत्रासह आम्हास भेटून आमची तशी खात्री पटवून द्यावी. मुदतीत कोणाचीही तक्रार न आलेस सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कसलाही बोजा, हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार नाही किंवा असलेस त्यांनी तो जाणीवपूर्वक सोडून दिला आहे व सदर मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निष्कर्जी आहे. असे मानून आमचे अशील सदर मिळकतीचा खरेदी व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर कोणाचीही कसलीही तक्रार अथवा हरकत विचारात घेतली जाणार नाही, याची संबंधितांनी नोंद घ्यावी. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस. कळावे, कोल्हापूर दि. १५/१०/२०२४
