या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे तमाम जनतेस कळविण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार मेटाफेरम स्टीलटेक प्रा.लि. चे डायरेक्टर नामे संतोष सुभाष अक्कर व मनिषा संतोष अक्कर, दोघे रा गारखेडा परिसर, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर यांनी संतोष नारायणराव कुंटे, रा प्लॉट नं. आर. एम. ३/४ महाराणा प्रताप चौक, बजाजनगर, ता. जि. छत्रपती संभाजीनगर यांचेकडून त्यांच्या मालकी व ताब्यातील मौजे जोगेश्वरी, ता. गंगापूर, जि. छत्रपती संभाजीनगर हद्दीतील गट क्र. १५१ मधील ७/१२ उतारा फेरफार नं. १२४३ ज्याचे एकूण क्षेत्र ०.८०.०० आर शेती जमीन कायमस्वरूपी खरेदी करण्याचा लेखी करार केलेला आहे तसेच संबंधितांनी ही मिळकत निर्विवाद व निजखमी असल्याची म्वाही माझे पक्षकारास दिलेली आहे. तरी सदरील मिळकतीबाबत कोणालाही कसलेही अधिकार म्हणजेच नमूद मिळकत यापूर्वी कोणासही विक्री गहाण, दान, तारण, बक्षीस, चोळी बांगडी इत्यादी केलेली नाही व या मिळकतीवर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा खासगी अथवा सरकारी कर्ज बोजा, कोटांची डिक्री, वाटणी, हिस्सा इत्यादी नाहीत. या उपरही जर कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप, उजर सदर वर्णन केलेल्या मिळकतीबाबत असल्यास त्यांनी त्यांचा लेख आक्षेप, लेखी पुराव्यासह माझ्या कार्यालयात सदरचे प्रगटन प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ७ दिवसांच्या आत नोंदवावा, जर ७ दिवसांच्या आत कोणीही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा लेखी आक्षेप, लेखी पुराव्यासह आक्षेप न नोंदवल्यास माझे पक्षकार हे सदर मिळकत ही निर्विवाद आहे असे गृहीत धरून त्यांचे हात नोंदणीकृत खरेदीखत करून घेतील, मुदतीनंतर आलेल्या आक्षेपांचा विचार करण्यात येणार नाही व ते आक्षेप माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही.

The director names of Santosh Subhash Akkar and Manisha Santosh Akkar, both of Ra Garkheda area, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar have Santosh Narayanarao Kunte, Ra plot no. R. M. 3/4 Maharana Pratap Chowk, Bajajnagar, T. Dist. From Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in his ownership and possession of Moje Jogeshwari, Ta. Gangapur, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Area Group No. 7/12 of 151 Excerpt Amendment No. 1243 which has a total area of ​​0.80.00 R. has entered into a written agreement to purchase the agricultural land in perpetuity and the concerned parties have given to my party that the income is undisputed and free. However, no one has any rights regarding the said income, i.e. no one has previously sold, mortgaged, donated, pledged, rewarded, choli bangli etc. and there is no private or government debt burden, decree of quotas, share, share etc. on this income.
