All concerned are informed that, (1) Mrs. Seema Sanjay Jain and (2) Shri. Sanjay Pawanraj Jain, both residing at: Flat No. C-1406, Vardhamanpura Society, Near Gangadham Phase - 2, Bibvewadi, Pune 411037, has given them the seventh floor of Wing No. 'B' in the building 'Mudra' constructed on the property of Survey No. 685 / 1 at Mauje Bibwewadi, Taluka Pune City, District Pune corresponding to City Survey No. 1760. 701, Yancy Area 124.48 sq. meters (i.e. 1340 sq. ft.) Carpet as well as adjoining terrace Yancy Area 67.44 sq. meters (i.e. 726 sq. ft.) Carpet is a residential property. The income is of their self-earned purchase ownership rights and the income of the said resident is completely free, risk-free, except for the financial burden of Standard Chartered Bank, Pune. We have assured our clients that they are free from disputes and encumbrances, and after fulfilling the legal requirements, we have started negotiations with our clients regarding changing the names of our clients. However, if anyone else has any right, interest or dispute in the said resident's property or any part of it, they should inform and reach it in writing within 10 days from the publication of this public notice to our address given below along with appropriate written evidence. If there is no objection of any kind during the said period, no one else has any rights or interests in the said apartment income. Also, it is understood that whoever has any rights and interests in the income of the said resident has deliberately abandoned them.
