तमाम लोकांस कळविण्यात येते की, खालील परिशिष्टात वर्णन केलेल्या जमीन मिळकतीचे विद्यमान मालक १) समीर दिनकर ताठे, २) तेजस्विनी मयूर मगर, ३) उत्तम रामचंद्र खुडे, ४) मंगल उत्तम खुडे, ५) लता ब्रह्मदेव मगर, ६) योगिता समीर ताठे यांची त्यांच्या मालकीची तसेच प्रत्यक्ष ताबेवहिवाटीची जमीन मिळकत ही आमचे अशील यांना विकत देण्याबाबत आमचे अशिलाबरोबर बोलणी चालू असून मिळकतीचे मालकी हक्क तपासणेकामी सदर नोटीस दिली आहे. तसेच विद्यमान मालक यांना सदर मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याची हमी त्यांनी आमचे | अशिलांना दिलेली आहे. तरी सदर मिळकतीवर अन्य कोणाचा काही हक्क, अधिकार, हितसंबंध असल्यास त्यांनी प्रस्तुतची नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून १० दिवसांच्या आत मूळ कागदपत्रानिशी आमची खात्री पटवून द्यावी. अन्यथा सदरहू मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निजोखमी आहेत असे समजून, तसेच कोणाचा काही हक्क असल्यास तो त्यांनी जाणीवपूर्वक सोडून दिलेला आहे असे समजून सदरील मिळकतीचा पुढील खरेदी व्यवहार आमचे अशील पूर्ण करतील. त्यानंतर, कोणाचीही कसलीही, हरकत चालणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी. तसेच कोणाच्या कोणत्याही स्वरूपाच्या हक्क, अधिकारास बाधा | पोहचू नये यासाठी जाणीवपूर्वक नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केली असे.

Public notice
It is hereby informed to all that the present owners of the land income described in the following annexures are 1) Sameer Dinkar Tathe, 2) Tejaswini Mayur Magar, 3) Uttam Ramchandra Khude, 4) Mangal Uttam Khude, 5) Lata Brahmadev Magar, 6) Yogita Sameer Tathe and are currently in negotiations with Ashila regarding the sale of the land income in their ownership and actual possession to our Ashil. Notice is given. He also assured the current owner that the said income is safe and secure given to the poor. However, if anyone else has any right, authority or interest on the said income, they should convince us with the original document within 10 days from the publication of the presentment notice. Otherwise, our Ashil will complete the further purchase transaction of the said income, assuming that the said income is free and risky, and also that the said income has been deliberately waived. After that, it should be noted that there will be no objection from anyone. As well as any form of interference with the rights and authority of anyone The notice was deliberately published so as not to reach.
