परेश गुलाब बिरदवडे व त्याची मैत्रिण | सिमा राखुंडे यांचा गेल्या तीन वर्षांपासून श्री. गुलाब बिरदवडे यांचे कुटुंबियांशी काहीएक संबंध नाही. परेश गुलाब बिरदवडे याची पहिली पत्नी विद्या हिने दाखल केलेला फौजदारी खटला क्र. ८८/२०२१ नाशिक | कोर्टात सध्या चालू आहे, यांचा त्रास बिरदवडे व त्यांचे जावई श्री. सावंत यांचे कुटुंबाला होत आहे, त्यांच्याबद्दल चिंचवड पोलीस | स्टेशनमध्ये श्री. बिरदवडे यांनी अनेक तक्रारी दाखल केलेल्या आहेत. परेश गुलाब बिरदवडे हा शिक्षणासाठी हट्ट करून बायको मुलासह अमेरिकेला गेला होता. त्याच्या खर्चाकरिता श्री. बिरदवडे यांची स्थावर मालमत्ता व राहते घर बँकेला तारण होते, त्याबाबतचे | सर्व कर्ज सौ. नेहा जयेंद्र सावंत यांनी फेडले | व त्याकरिता त्यांना त्यांचे राहते घर सौ. नेहा जयेंद्र सावंत यांना विकावे लागले. या पार्श्वभूमीवर परेश गुलाब बिरदवडे व त्याची मैत्रीण सिमा राखुंडे यांनी कसल्याही प्रकारचा गैरप्रकार किंवा गैरव्यवहार केल्यास आम्ही | त्या व्यवहारास बिरदवडे व सावंत कुटुंबीय अशा आर्थिक व्यवहारास जबाबदार राहणार नाहीत. दिनांक २०/०१/२०२५.
