Notice is given on behalf of my client SREE NARAYANA GURU SAMITI, PUNE, a Public Charitable Trust located at 306+307, Mohol market, Pimpri 411017, that the property as more particularly described in the schedule hereunder and situated at SR. No. 4/2, Village BOPKHEL Division which is held by Shri. Gurudayal Singh Bal and they have decided to Sell the said scheduled property.
Therefore any person(s) having any daim in respect of the above referred properly or part thereof by way of sale, exchange, mortgage, charge, gift, a maintenance, inheritance, possession, lease, tenancy, sub tenancy, lien, license, hypothecation, transfer of title or beneficial interest under any trust right of prescription or pre-emption or under any Agreement or other disposition or under any decree, order or Award or otherwise claiming, are hereby requested to make the same known in writing together with supporting documents to the undersigned at their office at Sr. No. 5/3. Sayali Park 2. Jagtap Dairy Road, Opp. Sindhu Park Society, Pimpri 411017. within a period of 14 days (both days inclusive) of the publication hereof failing which the claim of such person(s) will deemed to have been waived and/or abandoned.

306+307, मोहोळ मार्केट, पिंपरी 411017 येथे असलेल्या माझ्या ग्राहक श्री नारायण गुरु समिती, पुणे, सार्वजनिक चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्टच्या वतीने नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की, खाली दिलेल्या वेळापत्रकात विशेषत: वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता आणि SR येथे आहे. क्रमांक 4/2, गाव बोपखेल विभाग जे श्री. गुरुदयाल सिंग बल आणि त्यांनी सांगितलेली शेड्युल्ड मालमत्ता विकण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
म्हणून कोणत्याही व्यक्ती(व्यक्ती) वरील संदर्भात योग्यरित्या किंवा त्याचा काही भाग विक्री, देवाणघेवाण, गहाण, शुल्क, भेट, देखभाल, वारसा, ताबा, भाडेपट्टी, भाडेकरू, पोट भाडेकरू, धारणाधिकार, परवाना, प्रिस्क्रिप्शन किंवा प्री-एम्प्शनच्या कोणत्याही ट्रस्टच्या अधिकाराखाली किंवा कोणत्याही करार किंवा इतर स्वभावाखाली किंवा कोणत्याही डिक्री, ऑर्डर किंवा पुरस्कार किंवा अन्यथा दावा अंतर्गत, शीर्षक किंवा फायदेशीर हिताचे हस्तांतरण, याद्वारे समर्थनासह एकत्रितपणे लिखित स्वरूपात ते कळवावे अशी विनंती केली जाते. खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्यांना त्यांच्या कार्यालयातील क्र. 5/3 येथे कागदपत्रे. सायली पार्क 2. जगताप डेअरी रोड, समोर. सिंधू पार्क सोसायटी, पिंपरी 411017. येथे प्रकाशित केल्यापासून 14 दिवसांच्या कालावधीत (दोन्ही दिवसांसह) अयशस्वी झाल्यास अशा व्यक्ती(त्यांचा) दावा माफ केला गेला आणि/किंवा सोडला गेला असे मानले जाईल.
