आम जनता को सुचित किया जाता है की, मेरे पक्षकार कॅनरा बँक शाखा वर्धमान नगर नागपूर श्री. राजेश रामलाल सोनी, रहना प्लॉट नं. 288, पावर हाऊस के पास वर्धमान नगर, नागपूर इन्होने निम्नलिखित मालमत्ता गिरवी रखकर कर्ज लेने हेतू आवेदन किया है।

मौजा हिवरी, तह. जि. नागपूर स्थित ना.सु.प्र. लीज होल्ड प्लॉट क्रं. 288, क्षेत्रफल 620.107 चौ.मी. कॉर्पोरेशन पर क्रं. 1173, वार्ड क्रं. 23, सिटी सर्व्हे नं. 109, खसरा नं. 9, 12 पावर हाऊस के पास, सतनामी लेआऊट, वर्धमान नगर, नागपूर
उपरोक्त मालक ने हमे आश्वस्त किया है की यह मालमत्ता उनकी स्व-संपादीत एवं बोझा रहीत है. तथा उसकी दो पूरानी ओरीजीनल रजिस्ट्री 1) मूल बिक्रीपत्र रजी. दस्त क्र. 4223 दि. 4/09/1980. 2) मूल एन.आ.टी. लीज डीड रजि. दस्त क्रं. 1503 / नगन-7 दि. 08/09/2024, यह उनसे गुम हो गई है जिसकी पोलीस मीटींग रिपोर्ट क्रं. 388/24, पो.स्टे. लकडगंज नागपूर मे दि. 09/05/2024 को दर्ज है।
उपरोक्त प्रॉपर्टी बाबत किसी अन्य व्यक्ती या बँक, संस्था का कर्ज बोझा, बक्षीस, वारस हक्क, बिक्री, कोर्ट केस या किसी भी प्रकार का अधिकार है तो यह नोटीस प्रकाशित होने के 7 (सात) दिनो के अंदर लिखित रूप से एवंम प्रत्यक्ष रूप से दस्तावेज के साथ सुचित करे उसके बाद किसी भी प्रकार का दावा मेरे पक्षकार पर मान्य नही रहेगा, एवं वे कर्ज संबंधी कार्यवाही पूरी कर लेंगे कृपया नोंद करे।
