आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते कि, माझे पक्षकार श्री धनराज पुंडलिकराव बन्सोड, रा. गिट्टीखदान काटोल रोड, नागपूर यांनी श्री राजनारायण जनार्दन ओझा, रा. गल्ली नं. ८. तुगलकाबाद, विस्तार अली साऊथ दिल्ली यांच्या कडून त्यांच्या मालकी व कब्जातील खालील वर्णनाची स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा करारनामा / बयानापत्र केलेला आहे.
:: स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन :: ना.सु.प्र. व ना.म.पा. सिमेतील खास मौजा- गोरेवाडा, प.ह.नं. ८-अ, शिट नं. ३८, सिटी सर्व्हे नं. ५५, वार्ड नं. ६१, तह. नागपूर, जि. नागपूर येथील खसरा नं. २० /३ व २० / ४ यात दर्शना गृहनिर्माण सहकारी संस्था मर्या. नागपूर या सोसायटीने टाकलेल्या लेआऊट मधील प्लॉट नं. १६६, याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ १५०० चौ. फुट (१३९.३५४ चौ.मीटर) आहे. याची चतु:सिमा पूर्वेस प्लॉट नं. १९५, पश्चिमेस रोड, उत्तरेस प्लॉट नं. १६५, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. १६७.
तरी उपरोक्त स्थावर मालमत्ते बाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, संबंध, अधिकार असल्यास किंवा कोठेही गहाण, विक्री, बोझ्यात, करारात वगैरे असल्यास ही सूचना प्रकाशित झालेल्या तारखेपासून ०७ दिवसाचे आत लेखी मुळ कागदोपत्री पुराव्यासह समक्ष भेटावे किंवा लेखी कळवावे. मुदतीनंतर माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र नोंदणी करून घेतील व त्यानंतर या स्थावर मालमले बाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा उजर ऐकल्या जाणार नाही. नागपूर, दि. १५.०६.२०१४

We are informed to the public that my party Mr. Dhanraj Pundalikrao Bansod, Res. Gittikhadan Katol Road, Nagpur by Shri Rajnarayan Janardhan Ojha, Res. Street no. 8. An agreement / affidavit has been entered into for the purchase of immovable property of the following description owned and occupied by Tughlakabad, Extension Ali South Delhi.
:: Description of immovable property :: No. and N.M.P. Khas Mouja in the area - Gorewada, P.H.No. 8-A, Sheet no. 38, City Survey no. 55, Ward no. 61, treaty. Nagpur, Dist. Khasra No. of Nagpur. Darshana Housing Cooperative Society Marya in 20/3 and 20/4. Plot No. in the layout laid by the society Nagpur. 166, its total area is 1500 sq. feet (139.354 sq.m.). Plot no. 195, WEST ROAD, NORTH PLOT NO. 165, south of plot no. 167.
However, if anyone has any kind of right, relationship, authority or any kind of mortgage, sale, encumbrance, contract etc. in respect of the above immovable property, he should meet or inform in writing with original documentary evidence within 07 days from the date of publication of this notice.
