मौजा बाई (बु), तह. काटोल, जि. नागपूर, मौजा नं. २९८, प.ह.नं. ५२, नोंदणी जिल्हा व जिल्हा परिषद नागपूर तालुका व नोंदणी पोट तुकडी काटोल, येथील शेत सर्व्हे नं. १४०, आराजी ०.४४ हे. आर जमा रू. ३.१५, हक्क वर्ग १, झाडझुडल्यासह, आज शेतात असलेल्या पोजीशनसह हिस्सापूर्ण. तसेच यातील विहीर एक हिस्सा ०.५० न. पैसेसह. याची चतु: सिमा पूर्वेस- शेत सर्व्हे नं. १४१, पश्चिमेस नाला, उत्तरेस- रस्ता, दक्षिणेस शेत सर्व्हे नं.

उपरोक्त शेतजमीनीबाबत कुणाचेही हितसंबंध कर्ज, बोझा, गहाण, हक्क, बक्षिस, मृत्युपत्र, विक्रीपत्र, विक्रीचा करारनामा किंवा इतर हस्तांतरणाचा लेख, सहकारी, राष्ट्रीयकृत, वित्तीय संस्थेचे बँकेचे कर्ज असल्यास, ही नोटीस प्रकाशित झाल्यापासून ७ (सात) दिवसाचे आत लेखी पुराव्यासह मुळ कागदपत्रा सहीत प्रत्यक्ष येवून भेटावे अन्यथा त्यानंतर कोणताही उजर वा तक्रार ऐकल्या जाणार नाही व माझे | पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र नोंदणी करून घेतील.
