NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Saurabh P Shah and Mr. Nilesh P Shah members of Nootan Nagar Premises Co-operative Society Ltd intend to sell and transfer to my client Ms. Deepa Pritesh Patel their Flat being Flat No. B- 21 2nd Floor, "Nootan Nagar", bearing CTS No. F-1361/A 1361/B Village Bandra, Guru Nanak Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai 400 050 together with 1 shares of Rs.50/- each totaling to Rs.50/-bearing distinctive number 178 (both inclusive) under share certificate No.178 issued by the Nootan Nagar Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. Any person/s having any claim in respect thereof by way of Sale, Exchange, Mortgage, Charge, Gift, Trust, Inheritance, Possession Lien, Lease or otherwise are hereby requested to inform the same in writing along with documentary evidence in support of his/her/their claim/s to the undersigned within 15 days from the date hereof, failing which, the claim or claims if any of such person or persons will be considered to have been waived and/or abandoned.

याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की नूतन नगर परिसर सहकारी संस्था लि.चे सदस्य श्री. सौरभ पी शाह आणि श्री. नीलेश पी शहा हे माझे क्लायंट सुश्री दीपा प्रितेश पटेल यांना त्यांचा फ्लॅट फ्लॅट क्रमांक B- 21 दुसरा मजला विकण्याचा आणि हस्तांतरित करण्याचा मानस आहेत. , "नूतन नगर", CTS क्रमांक F-1361/A 1361/B व्हिलेज वांद्रे, गुरू नानक रोड, वांद्रे (पश्चिम), मुंबई 400 050 आणि 1 शेअर्स 50/- प्रत्येकी एकूण रु.50/ - नूतन नगर परिसर सहकारी संस्था लि.ने जारी केलेल्या शेअर सर्टिफिकेट क्र.१७८ अंतर्गत विशिष्ट क्रमांक १७८ (दोन्ही समावेशी) आहे. विक्री, देवाणघेवाण, गहाणखत, शुल्क, भेटवस्तू याद्वारे कोणताही दावा करणारी कोणतीही व्यक्ती ट्रस्ट, वारसा, ताबा धारणाधिकार, भाडेपट्टी किंवा अन्यथा त्यांच्या/तिच्या/त्यांच्या/त्यांच्या दाव्याच्या समर्थनार्थ कागदोपत्री पुराव्यासह ते लेखी स्वरुपात कळवावे अशी विनंती केली आहे की, या तारखेपासून 15 दिवसांच्या आत अधोस्वाक्षरीदारांना, ते अयशस्वी झाल्यास, दावा किंवा अशा व्यक्ती किंवा व्यक्तींपैकी कोणतीही व्यक्ती माफ केली गेली आहे आणि/किंवा सोडली गेली आहे असे मानले जाईल असे दावे.
