माझ्या अशील श्रीमती झानिल्या कोर्रेया यांच्या वतीने तमाम जनतेस याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येते की, माझ्या अशिलांची आई लोरना कोर्रेया या
दि डोल्बिन को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग सोसायटी लिमिटेड (संस्था) च्या नोंदणीकृत सदस्य होत्या. सौ. लोरना कोर्रेया या (1) दिनांक १० सप्टेंबर, २००८ रोजीच्या भाग प्रमाणपत्र क्र. १५ अन्वये धारण केलेले डिस्टिंक्टिव्ह क्र. २१ ते २५ (दोन्ही समाविष्ट) असलेले, संस्थेद्वारे पारित रुपये पन्नास प्रत्येकीचे पाच पूर्णतः भरणा केलेले समभाग (समभाग) आणि याखालील अनुसूचीमध्ये अधिक तपशीलवारपणे वर्णन केलेल्या संस्थेच्या इमारतीमधील म्हणजेच दि डोल्विन को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग सोसायटी लिमिटेडमधील एक बंद गॅरेजसह इमारतीच्या चौथ्या मजल्यावरील सदनिका क्र. ४०२, मोजमाप ९०० चौरस फूट बिल्ट अप क्षेत्रफळ (जागा) घ्या मालक होत्या. सौ. लोरना कोर्रेया यांचे मृत्युपत्र न बनविता दि. १५ ऑगस्ट, २०२३ रोजी निधन झाले, त्यांच्या पश्चात त्यांचे पती श्री. डेरिक कोर्रेया आणि एक मुलगी श्रीमती झानिल्या कोर्रेया हे
त्यांचे केवळ कायदेशीर वारस आणि त्यांच्या संपत्तीचे लाभार्थी हक्कदार आहेत.
माझ्या अशिलांनी याद्वारे नमूद केले आहेत की, सौ. लोरना कोरेंया यांनी त्यांच्या हयातीमध्ये सदर जागेमधील त्यांचे संपूर्ण १००% हक्क, शीर्षक आणि हितसंबंध श्री. डेरिक कोर्रेया म्हणजेच माझ्या
अशिलाचे वडील यांच्या नावे हस्तांतरित / भेट / मृत्युपत्राद्वारे देण्याचे घोषित केले होते. सौ. लोरना कोरैया यांच्या उद्घोषणेनुसार आणि स्पष्छता आणि भरपूर खबरदारीसाठी, माझ्या अशील म्हणजेच श्रीमती झाजिल्या कोर्रेया (हक्क सोडणारे) यांनी यामधील अनुसूचीमध्ये वर्णन केलेल्या जागा आणि समभागांमधील आणि करिता त्यांचे संपूर्ण हक्क, शीर्षक आणि हितसंबंध नैसर्गिक प्रेम आणि आपुलकीने आणि कोणताही आर्थिक मोबदला न घेता त्यांचे वडील श्री. डेरिक कोर्रेया (त्यामधील हक्क प्राप्तकर्ता ) यांच्या नावे त्याग करण्यास, सोडण्यास, देऊन टाकण्यास, आधीन करण्यास आणि मुक्त करण्यासाठी हक्कसोड करारनामा दिनांक ०९ जानेवारी, २०२४ नुसार लेखी स्वरुपात नोंदविला होता.

(ii) गाव वांद्रे, तालुका अंधेरीचा सीटीएस क्र. सी १४९२ आणि सी १५०२ धारण केलेल्या आणि शेल राजन रोड, वांद्रे (पश्चिम), मुंबई- ४०००५० येथे स्थित आणि मुंबई उपनगरच्या नोंदणीकरण जिल्ह्यामधील मालमत्तेवर उभ्या सदर डोल्बिन को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग सोसायटी लिमिटेडमधील "डोल्थिन अपार्टमेन्ट" या संस्थेच्या इमारतीमधील एका बंद गॅरेजसह इमारतीच्या चौथ्या मजल्यावरील सदनिका क्र. ४०२, मोजमाप ९०० चौरस फूट बिल्टअप क्षेत्रफळ.

On behalf of my client, Mrs. Zanilla Correia, the public is hereby notified that Lorna Correia, the mother of my client,
was a registered member of The Dolby Co-operative Housing Society Limited (the Society). Mrs. Lorna Correia (1) dated September 10, 2008 Part Certificate No. Distinctive No. held under 15 21 to 25 (both inclusive), five fully paid shares (shares) of Rupees fifty each passed by the Society and in the building of the Society described in more detail in the schedule below, i.e. The Dolwin Co-operative Housing Society Limited, on the fourth floor of the building with a closed garage, flat no. 402, measuring 900 square feet built up area (space) were the owners. Mrs. Lorna Correia's will not executed d. Passed away on 15th August, 2023, survived by her husband Shri. Derrick Correia and a daughter, Mrs. Zanilya Correia
Only their legal heirs and beneficiaries of their estate are entitled.
My client hereby mentions that Mrs. Lorna Korenya during her lifetime assigns her entire 100% right, title and interest in the said premises to Mr. Derrick Correa is mine
It was declared to be given by way of transfer / gift / will in favor of Ashila's father. Mrs. By Declaration of Lorna Correa and for clarity and plenty of caution, my Ashil i.e. Mrs. Zajilia Correa (relinquished) her entire right, title and interest in and to the premises and shares described in the Schedule hereto by natural love and affection and without any pecuniary consideration to her father Shri. . A WRITING AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 09, 2024 DATED JANUARY 09, 2024 TO AVOID, RELEASE, ASSIGN, SUBJECT AND RELEASE IN FAVOR OF DERRICK CORREA (THE ASSIGNEE THEREOF).
