कुंभार वेस, शॉपिंग सेंटर, पो. बॉ. नं. १२७, सोलापूर, महाराष्ट्र - ४१३००२. ज्याअर्थी, खालील सही करणार युनियन बँक अधिकृत अधिकारी, यांनी सिक्युरिटायझेशन अॅण्ड रिकन्सट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शील अॅण्ड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट कायदा २००२ आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) नियम २००२, नियम ३चे कलम १३ (१२) अन्वये प्राप्त | अधिकारानुसार कर्जदार / जामिनदार / गहाणदार श्रीमती प्रणोतीबेन शवरेश चन्नापट्टण व श्री. शवरेश विठ्ठल चन्नापट्टण यांना दि. ३१/१०/२०२३ रोजी मागणी नोटीस पाठवली होती की, त्यांनी नोटीसमध्ये उल्लेख केलेली देय रक्कम रु. ७,७५,४९९.१० ( रुपये सात लाख पंच्याहत्तर हजार चारशे नव्याण्णव आणि दहा पैसे मात्र) व त्यावरील करारात नमूद दराने दि. | ३०/०९/२०२३ पासून व्याज ही एकत्रित रक्कम सदर नोटीस प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर ६० दिवसांच्या | आत भरावी.
कर्जदार/जामिनदार /तारणदार / यांनी सदर रक्कम न भरल्याने याद्वारे कर्जदार तसेच तमाम जनतेस कळविण्यात येते की, खाली सही करणार यांनी नियम ८चे कलम १३ (४) अन्वये प्राप्त | अधिकारानुसार परिशिष्ठात नमूद केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा दि. १५/०२/२०२४ रोजी प्रतिकात्मक ताबा घेतलेला आहे.

विशेषतः कर्जदार / जामीनदार/ तारणदार, तसेच तमाम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते की, मालमत्तेबाबत कोणीही कसल्याही प्रकारे व्यवहार करू नये, याउपर कोणीही सदर मिळकतीबाबत व्यवहार केल्यास तो युनियन बँक ऑफ इंडियाचा बोजा रक्कम रु. ७, ७५, ४९९.१० (रुपये सात लाख पंच्याहत्तर हजार चारशे नव्याण्णव आणि दहा पैसे मात्र) व त्यावरील करारात नमूद दराने दि. ३०/०९/२०२३ पासून व्याजासह असेल.

Shavaresh Vitthal Channapattan dt. had sent a demand notice on 31/10/2023 that the due amount mentioned in the notice was Rs. 7,75,499.10 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine and Ten Paise) and at the rate mentioned in the above agreement. | Cumulative interest from 30/09/2023 for a period of 60 days after receipt of the said notice Fill in.
