ज्याअर्थी, निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार बँक ऑफ इंडिया चे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी या नात्याने सिक्युरिटायझेशन ॲन्ड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शिअल अॅसेटस् ॲन्ड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ आणि कलम १३ (१२) सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) रूल्स, २००२ सहवाचता नियम ३ अन्वये प्राप्त अधिकारांचा वापर करून दिनांक ०१.०८.२०२३ रोजी मागणी सूचना जारी करून कर्जदार नूर मोहम्मद दादामिया शेख आणि सौ. अमिना नूर मोहम्मद शेख यांस सूचनेतील नमूद रक्कम म्हणजेच रु. २,१२,०७८.१८ + २९.०६.२०२३ पासून लागू व्याज (रुपये दोन लाख बारा हजार अठ्ठ्याहत्तर पैसे अठरा + त्यावरील लागू व्याज) परतफेड सदर सूचना प्राप्तीच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांत करण्यास सांगितले होते.
रकमेची परतफेड करण्यास कर्जदार असमर्थ ठरल्याने, कर्जदार आणि सर्वसामान्य जनतेस याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येते की, निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारांनी खाली वर्णन करण्यात आलेल्या मिळकतीचा सांकेतिक ताबा त्यांना प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून सदर अॅक्टच्या कलम १३ च्या पोटकलम (४) सहवाचता सिक्युरीटी इंटरेस्ट एन्फोर्समेंट रुल्स, २००२ च्या नियम ८ अन्वये १५ फेब्रुवारी, २०२४ रोजी घेतला आहे.
विशेषतः कर्जदार आणि सर्वसामान्य जनतेस याद्वारे इशारा देण्यात येतो की, सदर मिळकतीशी कोणताही व्यवहार करू नये आणि सदर मिळकतीशी करण्यात आलेला कोणताही व्यवहार हा बँक ऑफ इंडिया, यांस रु. २,१२,०७८.१८ (रुपये दोन लाख बारा हजार अठ्ठ्याहत्तर पैसे अठरा + त्यावरील लागू व्याज) साठी प्रभाराच्या अधीन राहील. तारण मालमत्तेच्या भरणाकरिता उपलब्ध वेळेच्या संदर्भात अॅक्टच्या कलम १३ च्या उपकलम (८) च्या तरतुदीन्वये कर्जदार आणि त्याचे जामिनदार यांचे लक्ष वेधण्यात येते.

Notice of Possession
(For Zonal Property)
WHEREFORE, the undersigned in his capacity as an authorized officer of the Bank of India in exercise of his powers under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 and Section 13 (12) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 read with Rule 3 dated 01.08. .2023 by issuing a demand notice to the creditor Noor Mohammad Dadamia Shaikh and Smt. Amina Noor Mohammad Shaikh the amount mentioned in the notice i.e. Rs. 2,12,078.18 + interest applicable from 29.06.2023 (Rupees Two Lakh Twelve Thousand Seventy Eight Paise Eighteen + applicable interest thereon) was asked to be repaid within 60 days from the date of receipt of said notice.
In the event of the borrower's inability to repay the amount, the borrower and the general public are hereby notified that the undersigned may take symbolic possession of the proceeds described below in exercise of the powers conferred on them under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act read with the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002. 8 Retrieved on February 15, 2024.
In particular, borrowers and general public are hereby warned not to deal with the said income and any transaction done with the said income shall be liable to Bank of India, Rs. 2,12,078.18 (Rupees Two Lakh Twelve Thousand Seventy Eight Paise Eighteen + applicable interest thereon) shall be subject to charge. The attention of the borrower and his guarantor is drawn under the provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act with regard to the time available for payment of the mortgaged property.
