सुरक्षा व्याज (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, २००२ च्या नियम (८(१) अंतर्गत ज्या अर्थी, खाली सही करणार हे इंडियन बँक डेक्कन जिमखाना सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनांशियल अॅसेट्स अँड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ अन्वये सक्षम अधिकारी आहेत आणि त्यांनी सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ च्या सेक्शन १३(१२) संबंधित कायद्यास ८ व ९ नियमानुसार मिळालेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून दि.२७/१०/२०२३ रोजी आमच्या डेक्कन जिमखाना शाखेने कर्जदार मेसर्स सॅमलाईफ सायसेन्स प्रा लि., श्री. भिमाजी परशुराम साबळे आणि सौ. रेखा भिमाजी साबळे (डायरेक्टर/ जामीनदार), मे. अर्थकेम लॅबोरेटरिज प्रा. लि. (कार्पोरेट जामीनदार) आमच्या डेक्कन जिमखान्यासह यांना मागणी नोटीस पाठवून त्यांचे कर्जाचे खाते नोटीसात उल्लेखित केलेली रक्कम रू.१४,३६,७३,८००/- (रक्कम चौदा करोड छत्तीस लाख त्र्याहत्तर हजार आठशे फक्त) दि. २६/१०/२०२३ पर्यंतच्या व्याजासह आणि पुढील व्याज आणि किमतीसह ६० दिवसात परतफेड करण्यास सूचवले होते.
कर्जदार ही रक्कम परत करू न शकल्याने कर्जदारांना आणि सामान्य जनतेला कळविण्यात येते की, खाली सही करणार यांनी उपरोक्त सेक्शन १३ ( ४ ) संबंधित कायद्यास ८ व ९ नियमानुसार मिळालेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा आज दि. १० जाने २०२४ रोजी ताबा घेतला आहे.
कर्जदारांना विशेषत्वाने आणि सर्वसामान्य जनतेला इशारा देण्यात येतो की, सदरच्या मालमत्तेबाबत कोणत्याही प्रकारचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेसंबंधी केलेला असा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा व्यवहार हा इंडियन बँक १४, ४५,५३,०४६ ( रक्कम चौदा करोड पंचेचाळीस लाख त्रेपन्न हजार शेचाळीस फक्त) आणि दि. ०९/०१/२०२४ रोजी पर्यंतच्या व्याजासह. अधिक पुढील व्याज व इतर देय खर्च रकमेला जबाबदार राहतील.

Notice of possession (for immovable property)
Under Rule (8(1)) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, the undersigned is Indian Bank Deccan Gymkhana, the competent authority under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and has Section 13(12) of the Act relating to Section 13(12) of the Act dated 27/10/2023 by our Deccan Gymkhana Branch in exercise of the powers vested in M/s Samlife Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Bhimaji Parashuram Sable and Mrs. Rekha Bhimaji Sable (Director/ Guarantor), M/s Earthchem Laboratories Pvt Ltd. (Corporate Guarantor) by sending a demand notice to our Deccan Gymkhana and their loan account amount mentioned in the notice is Rs.14,36,73,800/- (Amount Fourteen Crores Thirty Six Lakhs Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred only ) with interest up to 26/10/2023 and further interest and cost were directed to be repaid within 60 days.
As the debtor is unable to repay the said amount, it is hereby notified to the creditors and the general public that the undersigned, in exercise of the powers conferred by rules 8 and 9 of the said Act relating to section 13(4) above, has this day dated the property described below. Possession has been taken on 10 Jan 2024.
Creditors in particular and general public are cautioned not to engage in any kind of transaction in respect of the said property and any such transaction in respect of the property is Indian Bank 14, 45,53,046 (Amount Fourteen Crores Forty Five Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Forty Six only) and dt. with interest till 09/01/2024. Plus further interest and other charges will be liable on the amount.
