ज्याअर्थी, निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार हे एसबीएफसी फायनान्स लिमिटेड चे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी असून त्यांनी सिक्युरीटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनॅन्शिअल ॲसेट्स अँड एनफोर्समेन्ट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट, 2002 अंतर्गत आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एनफोर्समेंट) रुल्स, 2002 मधील नियम 8 सह वाचण्यात येणाऱ्या अनुच्छेद 13 (12) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत खाली नमूद कर्जदार / सह- कर्जदारांना मागणी सूचना पाठविल्या ज्यात त्यांना सदर सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या रकमेची सदर सूचनेच्या दिनांकापासून 60 दिवसांचे आत परतफेड करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले होते.
कर्जदार / सह कर्जदार सदर रकमेची परतफेड करण्यात असमर्थ ठरल्याने याद्वारे कर्जदार / सह कर्जदार आणि सर्व लोकांना याद्वारे सूचित करण्यात येते की निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारांनी सदर नियमांमधील नियम 8 सह वाचण्यात येणाऱ्या सदर अधिनियमातील अनुच्छेद 13 (4) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत खालील वर्णनाच्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतलेला आहे. कर्जदार / सह- कर्जदार आणि सर्व लोकांना याद्वारे सावधगिरीची सूचना देण्यात येण्यात येते की त्यांनी सदर मालमत्तेच्या संदर्भात कोणताही व्यवहार करू नये आणि असा कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास तो एसबीएफसी फायनान्स लिमिटेड च्या भाराधीन असेल. कर्जदारांचे नाव व पत्ता आणि मागणी सूचना दिनांक
