परिशिष्ट IV - ताबा सूचना (स्थावर मालमत्तेकरिता)
वित्तीय मत्तेची सुरक्षितता व पुनर्रचना आणि सुरक्षा हित कायदा, 2002 ची अंमलबजावणी ("सर्फेसी कायदा, 2002 " ) नियम 3 यासह वाचलेल्या कलम 13 ( 12 ) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांच्या अंमलबजावणीत अल्टम क्रेडो होम फायनान्स प्रा. लि. (एसीएचएफएल) चे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी असलेल्या निम्नस्वाक्षरीकाराद्वारा उक्त सूचनेच्या स्वीकृतीच्या तारखेपासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत सूचनेमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या रकमेची परतफेड करण्याकरिता याखाली नमूद केलेल्या कर्जदार / सहकर्जदार आणि जामीनदार ("कर्जदार " म्हणून एकत्रितरित्या संबोधित) यांच्या करीत कंपनीच्या प्राधिकृत अधिकारींनी मागणी सूचना निर्गमित करण्यात आली आहे. कर्जदार रकमेची परतफेड करण्यात असमर्थ ठरले आहेत, कर्जदार आणि आम जनतेस याद्वारा सूचना देण्यात येते की निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारानी सुरक्षा हित अंमलबजावणी नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8 यासह वाचलेल्या उक्त कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या पोट-कलम ( 4 ) अंतर्गत त्यांना प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांच्या अंमलबजावणीत याखाली वर्णिलेल्या मालमत्तेचा सांकेतिक/ प्रत्यक्ष ताबा घेतला आहे. सुरक्षित मत्तेच्या विमोचनाकरिता उपलब्ध वेळेत कायद्याच्या कलाम 13 च्या पोट-कलम ( 8 ) च्या | तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष वाढीत आहोत. विशेषकरून कर्जदार आणि आम जनतेस याद्वारा सावध करण्यात येते की त्यांनी मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेबाबत केलेला कोणताही व्यवहार रक्कम व त्यावरील व्याजकरिता एसीएचएफएल च्या आकाराच्या विषयाधीन असणार आहे.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13(12) read with Rule 3 of the Security and Restructuring of Financial Interests and Enforcement of Security Interests Act, 2002 ("Surfacecy Act, 2002") Ultam Credo Home Finance Pvt. Ltd. (ACHFL) has been issued by the authorized officers of the Company to the undersigned borrowers / co-borrowers and guarantors (collectively referred to as "borrowers") for repayment of the amount mentioned in the notice within 60 days from the date of acceptance of the said notice by the undersigned, an authorized officer of ACHFL. The debtors have been unable to repay the amount, the debtors and the public are hereby notified that the undersigned, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act read with the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002, shall sign the property described below. / has taken physical possession.
