ज्याअर्थी ॲसेट रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन कंपनी (इंडिया) लिमिटेड च्या प्राधिकृत अधिकाऱ्यांनी सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनॅन्शीअल अॅसेट्स अँड एनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अधिनियम, २००२ (२००२ चा ५४) अंतर्गत आणि सिक्युरिटी (एन्फोर्समेंट) रूल्स, २००२ च्या नियम ३ सह वाचण्यात येणाऱ्या अनुच्छेद १३ (१२) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत सदर अधिनियमाच्या अनुच्छेद १३ (२) अंतर्गत मागणी सूचना पाठवल्या ज्यात त्यांना त्यांच्या नावांसमोर नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या रकमांची सदर सूचनेत नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या लागू असलेल्या दरांवरील व्याजासह तसेच भरणा आणि / किंवा वसुलीच्या दिनांकापर्यंतच्या लागू असल्याप्रमाणे पुढील व्याज, आनुषंगिक खर्च, इ. सह सदर सूचना प्राप्त होण्याच्या दिनांकापासून ६० दिवसांचे आत भरणा करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले होते.
