ज्याअर्थी, "जेएम फायनान्शियल होम लोन्स लिमिटेड" चे ( यापुढे "जेएमएफएचएलएल " म्हणून संदर्भित ) प्राधिकृत अधिकारी असलेल्या निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारांनी सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) रुल्स २००२ च्या रुल ३ यासह वाचलेल्या सेक्शन १३ ( २ ) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांच्या अंमलबजावणीत आणि सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शियल अॅसेट्स अँड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट, २००२ अंतर्गत उक्त सूचनेच्या स्वीकृतीच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत सूचनेमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या रकमेची परतफेड करण्याकरिता याखाली नमूद केलेल्या ऋणको/ सह ऋणको / हमीदारांकरिता मागणी सूचना निर्गमित केली आहे. ऋणको / सह - ऋणको / हमीदार मागणी केलेल्या रकमेची परतफेड करण्यास असमर्थ ठरले आहेत, याद्वारा ऋणको/ सह ऋणको/ हमीदार तसेच आम जनतेस सूचना देण्यात येते की, "जेएमएफएचएलएल "च्या वतीने निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारांनी उक्त रुल्सच्या रुल ८ (१) यासह वाचलेल्या उक्त अॅक्टच्या सेक्शन १३(४) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांच्या अंमलबजावणीत याखाली वर्णिलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे. विशेषकरून ऋणको / सह ऋणको / हमीदार तसेच आम जनतेस याद्वारा सावध करण्यात येते की, त्यांनी याखाली नमूद केलेल्या मालमत्तेशी व्यवहार करू नये आणि उक्त मालमत्तेबाबत केलेला कोणताही व्यवहार रकमेवरील पुढील व्याजासह याखाली नमूद केल्यानुसार रकमेकरिता "जेएमएफएचएलएल "च्या प्रथम आकाराच्या विषयाधीन असणार आहे.

Under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and Rule 8(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. (Appendix iv)
WHEREAS, the undersigned, being an authorized officer of "JM Financial Home Loans Limited" (hereinafter referred to as "JMFHL"), in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13(2) read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 and Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial A demand notice is issued under the Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to the debtor/co-debtors/guarantors mentioned below to repay the amount mentioned in the notice within 60 days from the date of acceptance of the said notice.
