Notice of possession [for immovable property under Rule 8(1)] That is to say, M/s Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The undersigned, being an authorized officer of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest [ Act, 2002 (54 of 2002 ) ] and the powers conferred under Section 13 (12) read with the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 [Rule 3] In execution a demand notice has been issued requiring the undermentioned debtors to repay the total arrears mentioned hereunder within 60 days from the date of acceptance of the said notice. • As the undermentioned debtors are unable to repay the amount within the specified time, notice is hereby given to the undermentioned debtors as well as to the general public that the undersigned under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002 In exercise of the powers conferred, possession is taken of the property described below.
