ज्याअर्थी, येथे नमूद सुरक्षित धनकोच्या प्राधिकृत अधिकारयांनी सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनॅन्शिअल अॅसेट्स अँड एनफोर्समेन्ट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट, 2002 अंतर्गत आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एनफोर्समेंट) रुल्स, 2002 मधील (नियम 3 ) सह वाचण्यात येणाऱ्या अनुच्छेद 13 (2) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत मागणी सूचना जारी केली ज्यात कर्जदारांना सदर सूचनेत नमूद रकमेचा सदर सूचना प्राप्त होण्याच्या दिनांकापासून 60 दिवसांचे आत भरणा करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले होते. कर्जदाराने सदर रकमेचा भरणा न केल्याने याद्वारे कर्जदार आणि सर्व लोकांना सूचित करण्यात येते की इंडोस्टार होम फायनान्स प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड चे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी म्हणून निम्नस्वाक्षरीकारांनी सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एनफोर्समेंट) रुल्स, 2002 मधील नियम 8 सह वाचण्यात येणाच्या सदर अधिनियमातील अनुच्छेद 13 मधील उप-विभाग (4) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत प्रत्येक मालमत्तेसामोर दिलेल्या दिनांकास खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतलेला आहे.
सदर अनामत मत्ता सोडवून घेण्यासाठी उपलब्ध असलेल्या वेळेच्या संदर्भात कर्जदाराचे लक्ष सदर अधिनियमातील अनुच्छेद 13 मधील उप-विभाग (8) कडे वेधण्यात येते.
याद्वारे कर्जदार आणि सर्व लोकांना सावधगिरीची सूचना देण्यात येते की त्यांनी सदर मालमत्तेच्या संदर्भात कोणताही व्यवहार करू नये आणि असा कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास तो इंडोस्टार होम फायनान्स प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड यांच्या खाली नमूद रक्कम व तीवरील व्याजाच्या भाराधीन असेल.

WHEREAS, the authorized officers of the said secured creditor shall exercise the powers conferred under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and under Article 13 (2) read with the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 (Rule 3). A demand notice is issued using which the borrowers are mentioned in the said notice The amount was requested to be paid within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. Failure of the borrower to pay the said amount is hereby notified to the borrower and all the public that the undersigned in his capacity as authorized officer of Indostar Home Finance Private Limited sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 Possession of the property described below is taken on the date given opposite each property in exercise of the powers conferred therein.
Regarding the time available for redeeming the said deposit the attention of the creditor is drawn to sub-section (8) of Article 13 of the said Act.
