सर्व लोकांना व वित्तीय संस्थांन समजणेसाठी जाहीर नोटीस देणेत येते की तुकडी व जिल्हा कोल्हापूर, पोटतुकडी व तहसील पन्हाळा, जिल्हा परिषद कोल्हापूर, पंचायत समिती पन्हाळा, मे. दुय्यम निबंधकसो पन्हाळा, कोल्हापूर यांचे अधिकार क्षेत्रातील ग्रामपंचायत कोडोली यांचे हद्दीतील कोडोली, ता. पन्हाळा, जि. कोल्हापूर येथील भू.ग.नं. १७०२ याचे ७/१२ उताऱ्याप्रमाण एकूण क्षेत्र ० हे. ८७ आर, आकार १० रुपये ५० पैसे या मिळकतीमधील० हे. ४३ आर आकार - रुपये २५ पैसे ही संपूर्ण शेत मिळकत असून यांस चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस भगवान पवार यांची शेट मिळकत, पश्चिमेस कोडोली रस्ता, दक्षिणेस- राजेंद्र केकरे यांची शेत मिळकत व उत्तरेस अम केकरे यांची शेत मिळकत ही या नोटिसीचा विषय असून वर नमूद मिळकत ही विद्यमान मालव लिलाबाई बाळासो केकरे, रा. कोडोली, ता पन्हाळा, जि. कोल्हापूर यांची मिळकत असून त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांना सदर मिळकत कायम खुषखरेदी देण्याचे ठरविले आहे. त्याबाबत विद्यमान मिळकत मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांबरोबर खरेदीपूट करारपत्र केले असून सदर मिळकत ही निर्वेध निष्कर्जी असल्याचा निर्वाळा मिळकत मालकांनी दिलेला आहे. सबब, या नोटिसीद्वारे सर्वांन कळविण्यात येते की, वर नमूद केलेल्य मिळकतीवर अन्य कोणाचेही कोणत्याही प्रकार हक्क, अधिकार, वहिवाट, कर्जबोजा, बक्षीस लिज, पोटगी वगैरे हक्क, अधिकार, विकसनाच हक्क, वारसा हक्क, कुळांचे हक्क, मृत्युपत्र, को कज्जे, जप्ती, खरेदीचा अग्रहक्क व इतर कोणत्याह प्रकारचे हक्क असतील तर त्यांनी सदरची नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसांचे आत खालील पत्त्यावर प्रत्यक्ष भेटून कागदपत्रे दाखवून शहानिशा करून द्यावी. सदर मुदतीत कोणाचीही कसलीही तक्रार अगर हरकत न आलेस कोणाचीह काहीही तक्रार नाही असे समजून व असलेस ती सोडून दिली आहे असे समजून आमचे अशील खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. तद्नंतर कोणाचीह कोणत्याही प्रकारची तक्रार आमचे अशिलावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. म्हणून दिली नोटीस

A public notice is hereby given for the understanding of all the people and financial institutions that Tukdi and District Kolhapur, Sub-Tukdi and Tehsil Panhala, Zilla Parishad Kolhapur, Panchayat Samiti Panhala, Me. Kodoli within the jurisdiction of Gram Panchayat Kodoli under the jurisdiction of Secondary Registrar Panhala, Kolhapur, Panhala, Dist. Kolhapur G.No. 1702 is 7/12 copies total area is 0 ha. 87 R, size 10 rupees 50 paise is 0 out of this income. 43 R size - Rs. 25 paise is the entire farm income and the land income of Bhagwan Pawar on the east of the quadrangle, Kodoli road on the west, the farm income of Rajendra Kekare on the south and the farm income of Am Kekare on the north is the subject of this notice and the above mentioned income is the existing Malv Lilabai Balaso Kekare, Res. Kodoli, Ta Panhala, Dist. Kolhapur's income and they have decided to give the said income to our ashils forever. In this regard, the existing property owners have entered into a purchase agreement with us and the property owners have given an assurance that the property is idle. SUBJECT, By this notice it is hereby notified that any right, right, possession, encumbrance, lien, alimony, etc., right, right, right of development, right of inheritance, right of clan, bequest, lien, seizure, etc. If there is any right of purchase or any other type of right, they should visit the following address within 7 (seven) days from the publication of the said notice and verify the documents. If there is no complaint or objection from anyone within the said period, we will consider that there is no complaint and if there is any complaint, we will complete the purchase transaction.
