आमचे अशील संजय दिनकरराव पंडू वा कल्याणी संजय पंडू, रा. प्लॉट क्र. २, संचयनी पार्कशेजारी, सिद्ध गणेश, समाधान वॉशिंग कंपनीसमोर, आर. के. नगर रोड, कोल्हापूर यांनी दिले माहितीवरून व दाखविले कागदपत्रावरून सर्व लोकांना, बँकांना व वित्तीय संस्थांना कळविणेत येते की, आमच्या अशिलांना दोन मुले आहेत. दोन मुलांपैकी आमच्या अशिलांचा ज्येष्ठ चिरंजीव निखील संजय पंडू हे बेंगलोर येथे नोकरीनिमित्त असतात वा आमच्या अशिलांचा दुसरा मुलगा सौरभ संजय पंडू है कोल्हापुरात राहतात. आमच्या अशिलांची प्लॉट क्र. २. संचयनी पार्कशेजारी, सिद्ध-गणेश, समाधान वॉशिंग कंपनीसमोर, आर. के. नगर रोड, कोल्हापूर ही स्वकष्टार्जित मिळकत आहे. तरी आमचे अशिलांनी सौरभ संजय पंडू याला त्याच्या बेकायदेशीर कृत्यामुळे व तो व्यसनाच्या पूर्ण आहारी गेल्यामुळे आमच्या अशिलांनी सौरभ संजय पंडू याला आमच्या अशिलांच्या वर नमूद स्थावर व सर्व जंगम मिळकतीतून या जाहीर नोटिसीद्वारे बेदखल करत आहे. सौरभ संजय पंडू हे व्यसनाच्या पूर्ण आहारी गेलेमुळे ते पैशासाठी स्थावर व जंगम मिळकती विक्री करण्याच्या तयारीत आहेत. तरी सौरभ संजय पंडू यांना आमच्या अशिलांनी सर्व मिळकतीमधून बेदखल केल्यामुळे सौरभ संजय पंडू यांचा आमच्या अशिलांच्या कोणत्याही मिळकतीमध्ये हक्क वा अधिकार राहिलेला नाही व आमचे अशील त्यांचेविरुद्ध | कायदेशीर तक्रारसुद्धा करतील. तसेच या जाहीर वजा इशारा नोटीसेद्वारे कळवण्यात येते की, वर नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे सौरभ संजय पंडू यांच्याबरोबर करार, मदार अगर व्यवहार केल्यास तो आमच्या अशिलांवट बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. तसेच कोणाचीही कसल्याही प्रकारची तक्रार चालणार नाही ही नोंद घ्यावी.

Our Ashil Sanjay Dinkarrao Pandu or Kalyani Sanjay Pandu, Res. Plot no. 2, NEAR SUKHANANI PARK, SIDDH GANESH, OPPOSITE SADHANSH WASHING COMPANY, R. K. Nagar Road, Kolhapur from the information given and from the document shown to all people, banks and financial institutions that our client has two children. Out of the two sons, the eldest of our sons, Chiranjeev Nikhil Sanjay Pandu is in Bangalore for work or the second son of our sons, Saurabh Sanjay Pandu, lives in Kolhapur. Plot no. 2. Beside Kumani Park, Siddha-Ganesh, Opposite Sadhan Washing Company, R. K. Nagar Road, Kolhapur is self earned income. However, our client Saurabh Sanjay Pandu is by this public notice evicting Saurabh Sanjay Pandu from the aforesaid immovable and all movable properties of our client due to his illegal activities and his addiction. Saurabh Sanjay Pandu is in the grip of addiction and is ready to sell immovable and movable assets for money. However, as Saurabh Sanjay Pandu has been evicted from all the properties by our clients, Saurabh Sanjay Pandu has no right or right in any of the properties of our clients and ours is against him. Will also file a legal complaint. It is also hereby informed by this public disclaimer notice that any contract, agreement or transaction with Saurabh Sanjay Pandu as mentioned above shall not be binding on us. It should also be noted that no complaint of any kind will be accepted.
