जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांना या जाहीर नोटिसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, खाली नमूद मिळकत आमचे अशील रविंद्र आनंदराव पाटील वगैरे यांचे मालकी वहिवाटीची मिळकत होती. प्रस्तुत शेतजमीन मिळकतीमध्ये आज रोजी असलेले उभे ऊसपीक आणि इतर पिके ही आमचे अशिलांचे एकत्र कुटुंबाच्या मालकीचे व कष्टाचे आहे. सदर पिकासाठी आमचे अशील व त्यांचे कुटुंबीयांनी तसेच वृद्ध आईने मशागत तसेच खत-पाणी दिले आहे. अद्याप ऊस पीक व सोबतच्या आंतरपिकाची पूर्ण वाढ झालेली नाही. प्रस्तुत शेतजमिनीतील ऊस आजरोजी (बिद्री कारखाना) तसेच छ. शाहू सहकारी साखर कारखाना, कागल यांचेकडे गाळपासाठी नोंद आहे. प्रस्तुत जमिनीतील पिकांसाठी लागणारी पाणीपट्टीसुद्धा आमचे अशील आजअखेर भरत आहेत.
वर नमूद वस्तुस्थिती असताना सदर मिळकतीवरील थकीत कर्जाचे कारण देऊन युथ डेव्हलपमेंट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बैंक, कोल्हापूर यांनी मा. जिल्हाधिकारी, कोल्हापूर यांचे आदेशानुसार सदरची शेतजमीन दिनांक ३०/०८/२०२४ रोजी ताब्यात घेतले आहे.
वस्तुतः सदरची संपूर्ण कर्जवसुली प्रक्रिया सदर मिळकतीची संपूर्ण जाहीर लिलाव प्रक्रिया, सरकार कायदा कलम १०१ व १०७ (११) अन्वये झालेली बेकायदेशीर कृती आणि इतर अनुषंगिक बेकायदेशीर व अनाधिकाराने झालेल्या कृतीबाबत आमचे अशील बँकेविरुद्ध रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडिया, मे. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई तसेच सहकार न्यायालय, विभागीय आयुक्त, पुणे, माहिती आयुक्त महाराष्ट्र, दिवाणी न्यायाधीश कोल्हापूर यांचेकडे दाद मागणार आहेत. (वरीलपैकी काही न्यायालयांमध्ये / न्यायाधिकरण / शासन स्तरावर प्रस्तुतचा वाद प्रलंबित आहेत.)
सबब, या जाहीर नोटिसीने तमाम जनतेला कळविणेत येते की, खाली परिशिष्टात नमूद मिळकतींबाबत बँकेशी अगर लिलाव घेणार मयत गणपती श्रीपती पाटील तर्फे मयत वारस यांचेकडून अगर तर्फे इसम यांचेकडून कोणीही सदर जमिनींबाबत कोणत्याही प्रकारचा व्यवहार करू नये. अलाहिदा कोणीही संबंधितांबरोबर कसलाही व्यवहार केलेस त्यांचेविरुद्धसुद्धा आमचे अशिलांना योग्य त्या न्यायालयात दाद मागावी लागेल. तसेच होणाऱ्या आर्थिक अगर इतर नुकसानीस संपूर्णतः व्यवहार करणारे जबाबदार राहतील, याची नोंद घ्यावी.

Public notice
All the public are informed by this public notice that the income mentioned below was the income of our Ashil Ravindra Anandrao Patil et al. Today standing sugarcane and other crops in the present farm land income is owned and labored by the collective family of our Ashils. For the said crop, our Ashil and his family as well as old mother have given tillage, fertilizer and water. Sugarcane crop and accompanying intercropping have not yet fully grown. sugarcane in present agricultural land (Bidri factory) as well as ch. Shahu Co-operative Sugar Factory, Kagal has an entry for filtration. Even our ashils are filling the water table required for the crops in the present land.
In spite of the above mentioned facts, Youth Development Co-operative Bank, Kolhapur, citing the reason of outstanding loan on the said income, Hon. According to the order of the Collector, Kolhapur, the said agricultural land has been seized on 30/08/2024.
As a matter of fact the said entire debt recovery process is the entire public auction process of the said proceeds, the illegal act under Sections 101 and 107 (11) of the Government Act and other ancillary illegal and wrongful acts in our Ashil Bank v. Reserve Bank of India, May. High Court, Bombay as well as Co-operative Court, Divisional Commissioner, Pune, Information Commissioner Maharashtra, Civil Judge Kolhapur will appeal. (Some of the above are pending litigation in Courts / Tribunals / Govt. level.)
Reason, this public notice is to inform all the public that no one should enter into any kind of transaction with the bank or the auctioneer on behalf of the deceased Ganapati Shripati Patil, the deceased heirs or Isam on behalf of the said lands regarding the income mentioned in the appendix below. Apart from that, if anyone does any business with the concerned parties, our clients will have to file a complaint against them in the appropriate court. It should also be noted that the traders will be fully responsible for any financial or other losses incurred.
