जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांना, नगरपालिका, महानगरपालिका व सर्व विविध संस्था, बँका, पतसंस्था योना प्रस्तुतचे जाहीर नोटिसीने कळविण्यात येते की,
१) मिळकतीचे वर्णन तुकडी जिल्हा जळगाव, पोट तुकडी तालुका जळगाव, सब-रेजिस्ट्रेशन ऑफिस जळगाव पैकी जळगाव येथील टी. पी. स्कीम नं.१ नुसार फायनल प्लॉट नं.८६ क्षेत्र ३३.४ चौ.मी., यांसी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस रोड रस्ता व वापुर, पश्चिमेस फायनल प्लॉट नं.८८, उत्तरेस-फायनल प्लॉट नं.८७, दक्षिणेस रोड, रस्ता व वापर,
२) येणेप्रमाणे वर वर्णन केलेली मिळकत ही १) सौ. संगीता अरुण वाणी, २) अरुण पंढरीनाथ वाणी राजळगाव यांचे संपूर्ण वहिवाटीची, ताब्यात व प्रत्यक्ष कब्जे उपभोगातील आहे. ही मिळकत आमचे पक्षकार किशोर प्रल्हाद हस्तकर जळगाव हे विकत घेत आहे. परंतु आमचे पक्षकाराकडून वर नमूद मिळकतीचे पूर्वीचे दि. २९ / १२ / १९९९ रोजीचे नोंदणीकृत केलेले खरेदीखत दस्त न८४५५ हे मूळ दस्त जि. पार्वती हरविले (गहाळ) झालेले आहे. सदरची मिळकत ही संपूर्णपणे १) सौ. संगीता अरुण वाणी, २) अरुण पंढरीनाथ वाणी रा.जळगाव यांच्या मालकीची व प्रत्यक्ष कब्जे उपभोगातील असून सदरची मिळकत कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या बोजात, तक्रारीत कर्ज प्रकरणात वगैरेत नसून ती निर्वेध व बोजेविरहीत क्लिअर मार्केटेबल टाईटलची आहे. तरी सर्वांना या जाहीर नोटिसीने कळविण्यात येते की, सदूर मिळकतीसंबंधी कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा मालकी हक्क, हितसंबंध, बोजा, तारण, गहाण, जप्ती, भाडेपट्टी करार, जामीनकी, कर्जप्रकरण, सौदा पावती करार अगर मुख्त्यारनामा वगैरे असल्यास सदर संबंधित व्यक्तींनी नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसाचे आत प्रत्यक्ष भेटून अथवा योग्य ती संबंधित कागदपत्रे दाखवून व सदर जाहीर नोटिसीस फक्त उत्तर न देता त्या हक्काबाबत समाधान करून यावे. याप्रमाणे नोटीस व सूचना मिळूनही कोणीही खाली सही करणार यांना योग्य त्या कागदपत्रांनिशी प्रत्यक्ष न भेटल्यास अशा प्रकारचा हक्क विचारात न घेता व जर एखादा हक्क असल्यास तो रद्दबातल झाला आहे किंवा असल्यास जाणीवपूर्वक सोडून दिला आहे असे समजण्यात येईल. तद्नंतर सदूर मिळर्क- तीबाबत कोणाचीही कोणतीही व कंसल्याही प्रकारची तक्रार त्यांचेवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. सदरची नोटीस किशोर प्रल्हाद हस्तकर रा.जळगाव यांचे सांगणेवरून व त्यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीवरुन आमचेमार्फत दिली असे. ता. १६/१२/२०२३

Public notice
All the people, municipalities, municipal corporations and all the various institutions, banks, credit institutions are hereby informed by public notice that,
1) Description of Income Tukdi District Jalgaon, Pot Tukdi Taluka Jalgaon, Sub-Registration Office Jalgaon from T at Jalgaon. P. As per scheme no.1 final plot no.86 area 33.4 sq.m., Yansi quadrangle east road road and wapur, west final plot no.88, north-final plot no.87, south road, road and use,
2) Income as described above is 1) Smt. Sangita Arun Wani, 2) Arun Pandharinath Wani Rajalgaon is in full occupation, possession and actual possession in usufruct. This income is being bought by our party Kishore Prahlad Hastkar Jalgaon. But the previous dt. of the above mentioned income from our party. Registered Purchase Deed No. 8455 dated 29 / 12 / 1999 is the Original Deed Dist. Parvati has gone missing. The said income is entirely 1) Mrs. Sangeeta Arun Wani, 2) Arun Pandharinath Wani, Jalgaon is owned and directly occupied and the said income is not encumbered by any kind of encumbrance, complaint, loan case, etc., it is of clear marketable title without any encumbrance and encumbrance. However, all are informed by this public notice that if any kind of ownership right, interest, encumbrance, pledge, mortgage, seizure, lease agreement, surety, loan case, bargain receipt agreement or power of attorney etc. of any person in relation to remote property, the said concerned persons shall, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the notice. ) within a day by meeting in person or by showing appropriate relevant documents and satisfying the said right without merely replying to the said public notice. If any undersigned does not personally meet with the appropriate documents despite receiving such notice and instructions, such right, if any, shall be deemed to have been waived or willfully waived, regardless of such right. After that, no one's complaint of any kind whatsoever regarding remote control will be binding on them.
