सिंग डिंगरा व इतर रा. मुंबई यांचे सोबत खालील वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा विसारपत्र केला आहे.

मौजा रनाळा, प.ह.क्र. १८, ग्रामपंचायत नाळाच्या हद्दीतील भुखंड भुमापन क्रमांक व उपविभाग २७/अ/पैकी / ६, क्षेत्रफळ ४६४.६८ चौ. मी. (५००० चौ. फुट) खाते क्र. ६८६, तालुका कामठी, जि. नागपूर याची चर्तुःसीमा याप्रकारे पुर्व प्लॉट क्र. ८, पश्चिम रोड, उत्तर प्लॉट क्र. ५, दक्षिण रोड.

सदर मालमत्तेबाबत कुणाचाही काही हक्क, हितसंबंध, अधिकार, करार, गहाण, वारस हक्क किंवा अन्य तन्हेने काही संबंध असल्यास ही सूचना प्रकाशित झाल्यापासुन सात दिवसात आपला आक्षेप खालील पत्यावर लेखी सर्व कागदपत्रांसोबत नोंदविण्यात यावा. विहीत मुदतीमध्ये कोणतेही आक्षेप प्राप्त न झाल्यास माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र नोंदणीकरीता स्वतंत्र राहील आणि त्यानंतर कोणतेही आक्षेप प्राप्त झाल्यास किंवा दावा झाल्यास तो माझे पक्षकारांना लागू व बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. नागपूर दि. ३०/०१/२०१५

Mauja Ranala, P.H.No. 18, Plot No. and Sub-division 27/A/6 within the limits of Gram Panchayat Nala, Area 464.68 Sq. I. (5000 sq. ft.) Account no. 686, Taluka Kamthi, Dist. The boundary of Nagpur is thus the former plot no. 8, Paschim Road, North Plot no. 5, South Road.

If anyone has any right, interest, right, contract, mortgage, heir right or any other connection with the said property, your objection should be registered in writing along with all the documents to the following address within seven days from the publication of this notice. If no objection is received within the prescribed period, my party shall remain independent of the registration of the sale deed and if any objection or claim is received thereafter, it shall not be applicable and binding on my party.
