माझे पक्षकार यांनी सौ. सुनंदा मनोहर हेंडवे राह. ७६३. नविन सुभेदार, अयोध्या नगर नागपुर ४४००२४ यांचा मालकीची व कब्जात असलेली खालील वर्णणाची स्थावर मालमत्ता विकत घेण्याचा सौदा केलेला आहे.

नागपूर महानगर पालिका व नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासच्या हद्दीतील खास मौजा चिखली (खुर्द), प.ह.न. ३९, शिट नं. ५३५ / ३८ नगर भुमापन क्रमांक ७२, तह. नागपूर (शहर) जि. नागपूर येथील खसरा नंबर खसरा नं. २८/३ या मध्ये पवनपुत्र जनजीवन समस्या गृहनिर्माण भुमीविकास सहकारी संस्था मर्या. नागपूर या संस्थेने टाकलेल्या ले-आऊट मधील प्लॉट नंबर ७ असुन याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ १८९० चौ. फुट असुन यापैकी पुर्व पश्चिम विभागणी करूण दक्षिणे कडील भाग लांबी रूंदी पूर्व- पश्चिम ६३ फुट व उत्तर-दक्षिण १५ फुट अशे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ ९४५ चौ. फुट (८७.८२ चौ.मी) आहे. यावर कुणाचे कर्ज बोझा, वारसान हक्क, न्यायालयीन वाद इ. असल्यास सुचना प्रकाशित झाल्या पासुन ७ (सात) दिवसाचे आत लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्या सहीत भेटावे. मुदती नंतर माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र करून घेतील त्यानंतर या स्थावर मालमत्ते बाबद कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप ग्राह्य धरल्या जाणार नाही. याची नोंद घ्यावी.
