तमाम लोकांस नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की,
मिळकतीचे वर्णन : नाशिक महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मौजे कामटवाडे या गांवचे शिवारातील मिळकतीचा सर्व्हे नं. ३८/१-क/१९/३ प्लॉट नं.३ यांसी क्षेत्र १७७१-६८ चौ.मी. या मिळकतीवर बांधण्यात आलेल्या यमुना नगर 'क' को. ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी लि. नाशिक बिल्डींग नं. सी या इमारतीमधील तिसऱ्या मजल्यावरील फ्लॅट नं. २९ यांसी बांधीव क्षेत्र ५३-०० चौ.मी. (कार्पेट क्षेत्र ४२ - ३६ चौ.मी.) सदर मिळकत आमचे पक्षकार श्रीमती शोभा मधुकर म्हैसकर यांनी श्री. भगवान धोंडीराम महाजन यांच्या कडुन खरेदीखताने / अभिहस्तांतरणपत्र अन्वये खरेदी घेतलेले असून सदरचा दस्त मे दुय्यम निबंधक साहेब नाशिक- ५ यांचे कडेस दस्त क्र. २५८५/२००९ अन्वये दि.२४/०४/२००९ नुसार नोंदविण्यात आलेले आहे. अशा प्रकारे सदर | मिळकत आमचे पक्षकार यांचे कब्जे वहिवाटीत व मालकी हक्काने सोसायटीचे सभासद या नात्याने असे आहे. परंतु सदर मिळकतीचे कामी पुर्वगामी मालक श्री. भगवान धोंडीराम महाजन यांनी एव्हरस्माईल बिल्डर्स यांच्या झालेला मुळ करारनामा दस्त मे. दुय्यम निबंधक साो. नाशिक- १ दस्त नं. १३१३/१९९७, दि.११/०२/१९९७ रोजीचा दस्त हा आमचे पक्षकार यांचेकडून गहाळ | झालेला असून त्याचा बराच शोध घेऊन सुध्दा सदरील करारनामा दस्त हा मिळालेला नाही.
सबब, सदर नोटीस प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ०८ (आठ) दिवस मुदतीचे आत वरील मुळ करारनाम्याचा दस्त व मुळ पावती अ.क्र.१३१३/१९९७, दि.११/०२/१९९७ चा कोणालाही आढळुन / निदर्शनास आल्यास अथवा | मिळुन आल्यास खालील पत्त्यावर संपर्क साधावा. ही जाहीर नोटीस. नाशिक. दि. ०४/१२/२०२३.

| Public notice regarding missing documents
Notice is hereby given to all the public that,
Description of Income: Income survey no. 38/1-K/19/3 Plot No.3 Yansi Area 1771-68 sq.m. Yamuna Nagar 'K' Ko, which was built on this income. Op. Housing Society Ltd. Nashik Building No. Building C, 3rd Floor Flat No. 29 Yansi built up area 53-00 sq.m. (Carpet area 42 - 36 sq.m.) The said income was given by our party Mrs. Shobha Madhukar Mhaiskar to Mr. The purchase has been taken under the purchase deed/deed of transfer from Bhagwan Dhondiram Mahajan and the said deed is in the sub-registrar Saheb Nashik-5's deed no. 2585/2009 dated 24/04/2009 has been registered. Thus the said | The income is held by our parties in possession and ownership as members of the society. But the former owner of the said income Mr. Bhagwan Dhondiram Mahajan signed the original contract with Eversmile Builders dated May. Second Registrar Sao. Nashik- 1 Dast no. 1313/1997 dated 11/02/1997 is missing from our party. It has been done and even after a lot of searching, the said agreement document has not been found.
