Whereas the undersigned being Digambar Suresh Tamboli,Recovery Officer of the Vishal Junnar Sahakari Patpedhi Ltd. Mumbai,Under the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Rule, 1961 issued a Demand notice Dated 10/01/2023 calling the Judgment debtor Mr. Bhausaheb Fakira Dhongade And Mr.Namdeo Ananda Jadhav repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 1,78,10,930/- (In words Rupees One Crore Seventy Eight Lakh Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Only) with date of receipt of the judgment debtor having failed to repay the amount, the undersigned has issued a notice for attachment dated 22/09/2023 and attached the property described herein below.
The judgment debtor having failed to repay the amout notice is hearby given to the judgment debtor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken symbolic possession on 22/09/2023 of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under rule 107[11(d-1)] of the MCS Rules, 1961.
The judgment debtor in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Vishal Junnar Sahakari Patapedhi Ltd, Mumbai For an amount Rs.1,96,05,972/- as on date: 30/11/2023 and intrest,charges,surcharges etc.there on.

तर अधोस्‍वाक्षरी असलेले दिगंबर सुरेश तांबोळी, विशाल जुन्नर सहकारी पतपेढी लि. मुंबईचे वसुली अधिकारी, महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था नियम, 1961 अन्वये दिनांक 10/01/2023 रोजी निकालपत्र कर्जदार श्री. भाऊसाहेब आणि फकीरा यांना बोलावून मागणी नोटीस जारी केली. श्री.नामदेव आनंदा जाधव यांनी नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम रु. 1,78,10,930/- (शब्दात एक कोटी अठ्ठ्याहत्तर लाख दहा हजार नऊशे तीस फक्त) निकालाच्या तारखेसह कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, अधोस्वाक्षरीने 22/09 रोजी संलग्नीकरणासाठी नोटीस जारी केली आहे. /2023 आणि खाली वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता संलग्न केली.
कर्जाची परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी ठरलेल्या निवाड्याच्या कर्जदाराला आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला सुनावण्यात आले आहे की खाली स्वाक्षरीदाराने 22/09/2023 रोजी नियमानुसार त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा प्रतिकात्मक ताबा घेतला आहे. MCS नियम, 1961 चे 107[11(d-1)].
निर्णय कर्जदार विशेषतः आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला याद्वारे मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार न करण्याची ताकीद देण्यात आली आहे आणि मालमत्तेचा कोणताही व्यवहार विशाल जुन्नर सहकारी पतपेढी लि., मुंबई यांच्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल रु.1,96,05,972 च्या रकमेसाठी /- तारखेनुसार: 30/11/2023 आणि तेथे व्याज, शुल्क, अधिभार इ.
