APPENDIX-IV (See Rule 8 (1)] POSSESSION NOTICE (for Immovable Property)
The undersigned being the authorised officer of the Bank of India under the Secuntisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(12) read with rule 3 of the Secunty Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dated 26/04/2024 calling upon the borrower M/S Shree Glass & Aluminium, proprietor Mr. Ananta Dinkar Pawale to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs.20,19,827.00 + Uncharged Interest (Rupees Twenty lakhs nineteen thousand eight hundred twenty seven rupees plus uncharged interest) within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice
The borrower's having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under subsection (4) of section 13 of Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules 2002 on this the 14th day of August of the year 2024. The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Bank of India for an amount Rs.20,19,827.00 and interest thereon.
The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उपकलम (4) अंतर्गत त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे. सुरक्षा व्याज अंमलबजावणी नियम 2002 च्या नियम 8 सह वाचा 2024 च्या 14 ऑगस्टच्या दिवशी. विशेषत: कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास 20,19,827.00 रुपये आणि त्यावरील व्याजासाठी बँक ऑफ इंडियाचे शुल्क आकारले जाईल.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी कर्जदाराचे लक्ष कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे आमंत्रण दिले जाते.
