POSSESSION NOTICE
(For Immovable Property)
The undersigned being the Authorised Officer UCO Bank Branch Baramati of the Bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (No. 54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 8 of the security interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, issued a Demand Notice dated 03.06.2024 calling upon the borrower M/S Prajwal Agro Agency Proprietor - Mr. Sandip Prakash Devade to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 59,34,433.28 (Rupees Fifty Nine lacs Thirty Four thousand Four hundred Thity three and Twenty Eight paisa only) within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described hereinbelow in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under Section 13 (4) of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the said rules on this 17 day of August of the year 2024
The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Bank for an amount of Rs. 59,34,433.28 and interest thereon.
DESCRIPTION OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
1. All that Piece and parcel of House Property No 93/2/1 admeasuring 29.76 Sq. Mtrs, Including 22.50 Sq. Mtrs construction of house at Bori Taluka- Indapur, Dist-Pune within the limit of Grampanchayat Bori and also within the limits of Registration District Pune, Sub Registration District Indapur, District - Pune and bounded as East-House Property No- 94, South-East-House Property No-94 (Part), West-East-House Property No-13, North-East-House Property No-93 (Part)
2. All that Part and C. T. S. No-330 land admeasuring 73.45 Sq. Mtr and whole land of C. T. S. No-331 i. e. 96.06 sq. Mtrs in Total 170.5 Sq. Mtrs and Grampanchayat Milkat No is 113 and surrounded by- East- C.T.S. No 328, South- Internal Road, West-C.T.S. No-323, North-Internal Road.

अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले हे बँकेचे अधिकृत अधिकारी UCO बँक शाखा बारामती आहेत जे सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शियल ॲसेट्स अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ॲक्ट, 2002 (2002 चा क्रमांक 54) अन्वये आणि कलम 13(12) अन्वये दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करत आहेत. सुरक्षा हित (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8 ने मागणी सूचना जारी केली दिनांक 03.06.2024 रोजी कर्जदार M/S प्रज्वल ऍग्रो एजन्सीचे मालक - श्री संदीप प्रकाश देवडे यांना नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम रु. 59,34,433.28 (रुपये पन्नास लाख चौतीस हजार चारशे ते तीन आणि अठ्ठावीस पैसे फक्त) सदर नोटीस मिळाल्यापासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत.
कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदाराला आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने कलम 13 (4) अन्वये त्याला/तिला दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे. 2024 च्या ऑगस्टच्या 17 तारखेला उक्त नियमांच्या नियम 8 सह कायदा वाचा
विशेषत: कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास रु.च्या रकमेसाठी बँकेकडून शुल्क आकारले जाईल. ५९,३४,४३३.२८ आणि त्यावरील व्याज.
