सोलापूर येथील तमाम लोकांस विशेषतः शहर सोलापूर तालुका उत्तर येथील सर्व रहिवासीयांना या खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, डि। व सब। सोलापूर पैकी तालुका उत्तर सोलापूर पैकी शहर सोलापूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मजरेवाडी हद्दीतील जुना सव्र्व्हे नं. २४०/१ यांसी नवीन सव्हें नं. ३५/१ यापैकी करली नगर यामधील प्लॉट नं. १५ए यांसी मिळकत नं. ६८४६६८ या प्लॉटचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ १००० चौ. फुट अथवा ९२.९३ चौ. मी. इतकी जागा असून त्यापैकी पश्चिमेकडील बाजुची याचे हद्द पूर्वपश्चिम २० फुट व दक्षिणोत्तर २५ फुट असे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ ५०० चौ. फुट अथवा ४६.४६ चौ. मी. इकी असून यांसी चतु:सिमा पूर्वेस प्लॉट नं. १५ए पैकी राहिलेली जागा, पश्चिमेस रस्ता, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. १५ व उत्तरेस : रस्ता अशा वर्णनाची खुली प्लॉटजागा मिळकत.
सदरप्रमाणे वर वर्णन केलेली मिळकत ही श्री. श्रीधर विजय म्हैसुर, रा. २२, एस. के. बोळकोटे नगर, मजरेवाडी, सोलापूर यांचे मालकी व कब्जेवहिवाटीची असून त्यांनी सदरची मिळकत आमचे अशिल श्री. नरेश राजू कोमारी, रा. विजय नगर, न्यु पाच्छा पेठ, सोलापूर कायम खुषखरेदी देण्याचे ठरवून इसारापोटी रक्कम स्विकारून दिनांक ०४/१२/२०२४ रोजी इसारापावतीही लिहून दिलेले आहे. सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याचे खात्री व हमी त्यांनी आमचे अशिलास दिलेली आहे.
तरी वरील मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही, कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, हितसंबंध, गहाण, दान, वहिवाट, टाच, जप्ती, बोजा, लिज, पोटगी, बक्षिसपत्र अगर इतर हक्क हितसंबंध असल्यास त्यांनी ही खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ०८ (आठ) दिवसाच्या आंत कागदोपत्री पुराव्यानिशी खालील पत्त्यावर लेखी हरकत नोंदवावी. मुदतीत कोणाचीही कसलीही हरकत व तक्रार न आल्यास ही मिळकत निर्बंध व निजोखमी आहे, असे समजून आमचे अशिल खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील व त्यानंतर कोणाचेही व कसल्याही प्रकारचे तक्रार व हरकतीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी. हे खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीस दिली तारीख ०६/१२/२०२४. सही/-

However, if anyone has any kind of right, interest, mortgage, donation, possession, heel, seizure, encumbrance, lease, alimony, prize deed or any other right or interest on the above income, he/she shall, within 08 (eight) days from the publication of this pre-purchase public notice, with documentary evidence at the following address. Objection should be registered in writing. It should be noted that if there is no objection or complaint from anyone within the term, our client will complete the purchase transaction considering this as income restriction and risk and after that no complaint and objection of any kind will be considered.
