तमाम लोकांना कळविण्यात येते की, डिस्ट्रिक्ट व सब डिस्ट्रिीक्ट सोलापूर महानगरपालिका, सोलापूर शहर हद्दवाढ मधील तालुका उत्तर सोलापूर पैकी मजरेवाडी हददीतील जुना सर्व्हे नंबर २२९ / ३, यांसी नविन सव्हें नंबर २५/३, यापैकी महालक्ष्मी नगर मधील प्लॉट नंबर १११, यांसी हदद पुर्वपश्चिम ६० फूट व दक्षिणोत्तर २० फूट असे एकूण क्षेत्रफळ १२०० चौ. फूट अथवा १९९.५२ चौ. मीटर इतकी जागा यांसी चतुः सिमा पुढीलप्रमाणे पूर्वेस : रस्ता, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. ११२, पश्चिमेस - विजय नगर, उत्तरेस : प्लॉट नं. ११० या वर्णनाची मिळकत यातील तदंगभूत वस्तुसह व सर्व हक्कासह.

या वर्णनाची मिळकत ही लता अरूण एडके, रा. ६३६/३ ब गोदुताई विडी घरकुल सोलापूर यांच्या मालकी वहिवाटीची आहे. सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याची खात्री मिळकत मालकांनी आमच्या अशिलांना करुन दिल्यामुळे आमच्या अशिलांनी सदरची मिळकत खरेदी करण्याचे ठरवून, तसा जागा मालकांबरोबर लेखी करारही केलेला आहे व इसारा रक्कम स्वीकारलेली आहे. आमचे अशिल लवकरच खरेदीचा व्यवहारही पुर्ण करणार आहेत.
तरी सदरच्या मिळकतीबाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचा हक्क व हितसंबंध असल्यास त्यांनी योग्य त्या अस्सल कागदपत्रांसह खालील पत्यावर आणुन दाखवून ते निदर्शनास आणून द्यावे. सदर मिळकतीबाबत कोणाचाही वाद, लवाद, गहाण, जप्ती, हुकूमनामा, बोजा, टाच, मालकी, कब्जेहक्क, भाडेहक्क इत्यादी व अन्य कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचा हक्क असेल तर त्यांनी ०८ दिवसांच्या आत खालील पत्यावर प्रत्यक्ष भेटून अथवा रजिस्टर्ड पोस्टाने कळवून खात्री पटवून द्यावी. मुदतीत कोणाचीही वाजवी हरकत न आल्यास आमचे अशिल खरेदीचा व्यवहार सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध व निजोखमी आहे, असे समजून पुर्ण करतील. मग त्यानंतर कोणाचीही कसलीही तक्रार चालणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी.

Meters area Yansi Chathu: Boundary as follows: East: Road, South: Plot no. 112, West - Vijay Nagar, North : Plot no. 110 income of this description including the subject matter and all rights therein.

The income of this description is Lata Arun Edke, Res. 636/3 B owned and occupied by Godutai vidi Gharkul Solapur. As the owners of the property have assured our clients that the property is safe and secure, our clients have decided to purchase the property and have entered into a written agreement with the property owners and accepted the amount. Our client will soon complete the purchase transaction.
However, if anyone has any kind of right and interest regarding the said income, they should bring it to the following address along with the appropriate genuine documents and bring it to their attention. If anyone has any dispute, arbitration, mortgage, confiscation, decree, encumbrance, heel, ownership, possession right, rent right etc. and any other form of right regarding the said income, then they should satisfy themselves within 08 days by personally meeting at the following address or informing by registered post. If no reasonable objection is raised within the deadline, our buyer will complete the purchase transaction with the understanding that the said income is safe and secure. Then it should be noted that after that no one will be able to complain.
