तमाम लोकांना विविध संस्थांना, पतसंस्थांना बँकांना, भुसंपादन कार्यालये व शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन, रा. शाहुनगर, हुसेन ऑटो जवळ, जळगांव ता. जि. जळगांव यांना त्यांच्या वारसांना कुटुंबातील सर्व सदस्यांना मिळकतीच्या उताऱ्यातील इतर घटकांना या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की,
१) तुकडी जिल्हा जळगांव पोट तुकडी तालुका जळगांव पैकी शहर गांव येथील जळगांव शहर महानगरपालिका यांचे शहर जळगांव येथील शेत सव्हें नं. ३२८/२/२/२ मधील प्लॉट नं. ८२ (ब्याऐंशी) याचे क्षेत्र १०३.५४ चौ.मी. (१८६८ चौ. फुट) येणेप्रमाणे प्लॉट मिळकत तद्गत वस्तुसदा
२) वर उल्लेख केलेली प्लॉट मिळकत शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन यांच्या मालकीची तावे व कब्जे उपभोगातील मिळकत आहे. वर उल्लेख केलेली मिनि निजखमी व बोजे विरहीत असून कायम मालकी हक्काने विक्री करणेचा संपूर्ण हक्क व अधिकार असल्याबाबतचा भरवसा व खात्री शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन यांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिलेला आहे व शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन हे लवकरच सक्षम अधिकारी यांच्याकडुन अकृषिक वापर अनुज्ञेय आदेश व सनद मिळवून घेणार आहेत. शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन यांचे म्हणण्यावर विश्वास ठेवून आमच्या अशिलांनी त्यांच्यासोबत वरील मिळकत विकत घेण्याचा सौदा केलेला असून सक्षम अधिकारी यांच्याकडून परवानगी मिळताच लवकरच सदर मिळकत आमचे अशिल शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन यांचेकडून नोंदणीकृत खरेदीखताने खरेदी करून घेणार आहेत. त्यापूर्वी तमाम जनतेस, विविध संस्था, बँका, भुसंपादन कार्यालये व विक्री करणार शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन यांना व त्यांचे वारस व कुटुंबातील सदस्यांचे, मिळकतीच्या उताऱ्यातील इतर घटकांचे अथवा अन्य कोणत्याही व्यक्तीचे काही एक म्हणणे, मागणे वा हरकती राहू नये म्हणून त्यांना या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळवण्यात येते
की,
वर सविस्तर वर्णन केलेल्या प्लॉट मिळकतीबाबत ज्या कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा मालकी हक्क, ताया, करना, हितसंबंध तबदिली संबंधातील दस्तऐवज, करारनामा, सौदापावती, वापर वहिवाट, लीज भाडे, पोटगी, गहाण, मुखत्यारनामा, दावेकाटे, कोर्ट कचेरी, अन्य काही वाद-विवाद, तंटा वगैरे असल्यास संबंधित व्यक्तींनी खालील सही करणार यांचेकडे सदरहू नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून (७) सात दिवसापर्यंत प्रत्यक्ष भेटून या कायदेशीर हक्काचे कागदपत्र दाखवून फक्त साथै हरकतीचे उत्तर न देता त्यांच्या असलेल्या हक्काबाबत समाधान करून दयावे. याप्रमाणे नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून वर उल्लेख केलेल्या ७ दिवसांच्या मुदतीत कोणीही खाली सही करणार यांना कायदेशीर व योग्य त्या कागदपत्रांसह प्रत्यक्ष त्यांच्याकडे न आल्यास या कायदयाने असलेल्या हक्काबाबत समाधान करण्यास असमर्थ ठरल्यास आमचे अशिल सी. मीता रंगनाथ कावरा रा ट नं. २०३, दुसरा माळा, आदित्य ब्रिज पार्क, रामानंद, अभियंता कॉलनी, जळगांव ता. जि. जळगांव ह्या वर उल्लेख केलेली मिळकत निर्बंध, वेजेविरहीत व कोणतीही जोखीम नसणारी आहे असे समजून शेख अकरम शेख हुसेन, रा. जळगांव यांच्याकडुन नोंदलेल्या खरेदीखतान्वये विकत घेतील व त्यानंतर जर कोणीही कोणत्याही प्रकारे हरकत घेतल्यास ती हरकत आमच्या अशिलांवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. काही जाहीर नोटीस दिली असे.
