तमाम जनतेस तसेच विशेषत: १) अनिल सिताराम पवार, २) अविष्कार अनिल पवार, ३) वंदना अनिल पवार, ४) अनिता अशोक काळे, ४) दिलीप चिंतामण पवार, ६) अस्मिता दिलीप पवार, ७) चेतन बन्सीलाल कांकरिया, ८) राखी चेतन कांकरिया, व ९) अमोल आत्माराम गायकवाड यांनी सदर जाहीर इशारा नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की,
मिळकतींचे वर्णन - मौजे दाभाडी, ता. मालेगाव जि. नाशिक येथील गट नंबर ६४८, पैकी क्षेत्र २.८२ आर.पो.ख. सह या मिळकतीबाबत आमचे पक्षकार श्री.विनोद वामन जाधव यांनी महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसुल संहिता १९६६ चे कलम २४७ व महराष्ट्र आदिवासी जमीन प्रत्यार्पीत कायदा १९७३ चे कलम ३(३)व ६(३) अन्वये सदर मिळकती परत मिळणेकामी अपील क्र.३/२०२४ चे मे. तहसिलदार साो. मालेगाव यांचे कडेस दाखल आहे व सदर अपीलात वर नमुद इसमांची नावे बेकायदेशीररित्या झालेले फेरफार रद्दबातल करण्याची मागणी केलेली आहे. याबाबतची माहिती वरील इसमांना झालेली असुन पैकी काही इसम हे सदर मिळकतींता नावे असल्याचा गैरफायदा घेवून घाईगर्दीत तबदिली करण्याचे मार्गास लागल्याचे खात्रीलायकरित्या आमचे पक्षकारास सम जले आहे. सदर अपीलाची सुनावणी मे. तहसिलदार साो. दि. १६.१०.२०२४ रोजी निश्चित केली आहे. व त्याप्रमाणे वर नमुद इसमांना नोटीसा निघुन त्यांना हजर होवून त्यांची बाजु मांडणेकामी अपील नेमलेले आहे. परंतु अशा परिस्थितीत वर नमुद केलेल्या इसमांना घाईगर्दीत सदर मिळकतीबाबत कोणेतही व्यवहार कोणत्याही इसमांशी केल्यास सदर इसमांची घोण फसवणूक होण्याची दाट शकयता आहे. त्यामुळे कोणी इसमांनी वर नमुद केलेल्या इसमांसोबत सदर मिळकतीचे व्यवहार करुन आपली फसवणूक करुन घेवु नये याकामी सदरची जाहीर इशारा नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केली असे.
सबब जाहीर इशारा नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते कीव, वरील मिळकतीबाबत वर नमुद इसम यांचेशी कोणीही कोणत्या स्वरुपाचा गहाण, दान, लिज, बक्षीस, तारण, साठेखत, सौदापावती, वा अन्य हस्तांतरणाचे / तबदिलाचे व्यवहार करुन स्वत:ची आर्थिक फसवणूक करुन घेवु नये. तथापी तसा कोणी व्यववहार केल्यास त्यास वर नमुद अपीलाची बाधा निर्माण होईल व सदरचे व्यवहार हे आमचे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाहीत व पुढील कारवाईत होण्यास व व्यवहार रद्दबातल होणेस पात्र ठरतील याची नोंद घ्यावी.

To all public as well as specially 1) Anil Sitaram Pawar, 2) Avishkar Anil Pawar, 3) Vandana Anil Pawar, 4) Anita Ashok Kale, 4) Dilip Chintaman Pawar, 6) Asmita Dilip Pawar, 7) Chetan Bansilal Kankaria, 8) Rakhi Chetan Kankaria, and 9) Amol Atmaram Gaikwad the said public warning notice is hereby informed that,
Description of Income - Mauje Dabhadi, p. Malegaon District Group No. 648 of Nashik, Area 2.82 R.Po.Kh. With regard to this income, our party Shri.Vinod Vaman Jadhav filed Appeal No. 3/2024 for recovery of the said income under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 and Section 3(3) and 6(3) of the Maharashtra Tribal Land Transfer Act, 1973. . Tehsildar Sao. Malegaon's appeal is filed and in the said appeal it is demanded to cancel the illegal changes in the names of the names mentioned above. The information about this has been given to the above names and it has been confirmed to our party that some of them are taking advantage of the names of the said incomers to make hasty conversions. Hearing of the said appeal. Tehsildar Sao. d. Fixed on 16.10.2024. And accordingly, a notice has been issued to Namud Ismaan and an appeal has been appointed to present him and present his side. But in such a situation, if anyone deals with any of the above-mentioned names in haste regarding the said income, there is a high possibility that the said names will be defrauded. Therefore, a public warning notice should have been released to warn that some Isma should not cheat themselves by dealing with the above-mentioned Isma.
A public warning notice is hereby issued that no one shall defraud himself financially by entering into any form of mortgage, donation, lease, gift, pledge, deposit, bargain receipt, or other transfer / transfer transaction with Namud Isam regarding the above income. However, it should be noted that if someone does such a transaction, it will create an obstacle to the above-mentioned appeal and the said transaction will not be binding on our party and will be eligible for further action and cancellation of the transaction.
